Isaiah Chapter 65 Speaks About Paul's Preaching to the Gentiles
“I was ready to be sought by those who did not ask for me; I was ready to be found by those who did not seek me. I said, 'Here I am, here I am,' to a nation that was not called by my name. I spread out my hands all the day to a rebellious people, who walk in a way that is not good, following their own devices.”- Isaiah 65: 1-2
We learn in Isaiah the importance of being able to listen to the word of GOD Almighty and seeing the truth of GOD Almighty's word. We learn that while the world wants us to believe the lies, deception, and falsehood, we learn that we are to continue believing in the truth of GOD Almighty. We learn that for everything that GOD Almighty is ready to give us, there are lies that are trying to steal away from our blessings through sin.
We learn that in Isaiah, the nation of Israel is being called to prepare themselves in order to obtain the blessings of GOD Almighty. This is through each individual's decision to change and repent of their sin in order to know GOD Almighty, and the blessings that He is able to provide seen in the initial history of Israel through Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. When Israel is faithful to GOD Almighty, we learn that GOD Almighty gives them great examples of faith like Moses, David, and the most important individual King Jesus Christ to receive eternal life.
We are given the ability to know that not only through history but through the truth in Scriptures that there is truth in what GOD Almighty tells us. We learn that we are to remain faithful to GOD Almighty if we are believers, and if individuals are not believers, GOD Almighty is still being graceful to them by allowing them to know that GOD Almighty wants to accept them in the Kingdom of Heaven if they repent of their sins and change from their lifestyle of sin. We learn that GOD Almighty is able to provide examples of sin in the Scriptures and those individuals are destined for destruction. There is no avoiding destruction and judgment from GOD Almighty for those that do not repent.
We learn that Paul the Apostle is changed and goes to the Gentiles and preaches the need to repent of sin and preach the importance of the Gospel of having eternal life in the resurrection power of King Jesus Christ after having been crucified. We learn that GOD Almighty is able to give King Jesus Christ eternal life and allow us to see how GOD Almighty is able to give life. Only GOD Almighty can resurrect King Jesus Christ. Only GOD Almighty can judge sin. Only GOD Almighty is the True GOD.
We learn that Paul the Apostle, was able to accomplish the prophecy in chapter 65 telling us that GOD Almighty wanted to teach the Scriptures, eternal life, and the hope in King Jesus Christ, but the people of Israel did not want to know. They reject King Jesus Christ and Paul the Apostle for preaching the Gospel and the truth. We learn that instead of Israel seeing and hearing the word of GOD Almighty be truth, the Gentiles receive the blessings that are promised through King Jesus Christ and given to believers based on the truth of the Scriptures.
