Episode: “Deuteronomy, Repentance, and Renovation”

Introduction

Good afternoon! My name is Eduardo. This is Resurrection Radio Podcast. I am your presenter. We spoke of the Book of Deuteronomy of the blessings that GOD Almighty was giving to righteous individuals. We learn that there were going to be difficulties for the wicked. For those individuals that do not believe in GOD Almighty and that go after idolatry. Those that do not believe in King Jesus Christ, do not believe in the Spirit of Truth, do not believe in the promises of GOD Almighty, and do not believe in the word of GOD Almighty. We know there are those two distinctions. The blessings and the difficulties.

Repentance and Restoration

GOD Almighty allows individuals to repent if there is difficulties because of idolatry and sin. Even those that sin can repent and obtain those favorable circumstances and have those good things that GOD Almighty allows us to have.

“And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt bethink thyself among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee, and shalt return unto the LORD thy God, and hearken to His voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul; that then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the peoples, whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee.”

This is telling us in the prophecy of a future time when if they believe in GOD Almighty, they were going to have everything. They were going to have the land. They were going to have abundance in the land. They were going to have increase in numbers. The progeny, the flocks, the herds, everything that they had was going to multiply. GOD Almighty was going to provide for them the rain and dew of creation and the land would provide. GOD Almighty would provide favorable situations for the righteous. That is GOD Almighty's favor. That is GOD Almighty's favor for those that are His and those that are Christian believers.

These are the faithful believers in faith. We know how much David goes through and there is that situation when the negative situations and difficulties that exist. We know that those difficulties exist in the Chaldean exile and Roman scattering when the people of Israel sin and commit idolatry. This was not something that GOD Almighty does arbitrarily, there are people who are committing sin and the prophets are sent to preach repentance because of the lifestyle of sin. The people of Israel do not pay attention to Isaiah, Ezekiel, and Jeremiah, the prophets GOD Almighty sends. GOD Almighty decides to cause the Chaldean exile. GOD Almighty was promising them that if they believed in GOD Almighty they were going to have everything. If they did not believe in GOD Almighty, they were going to have nothing.

The Chaldean exile and the Roman scattering where prophecies in that the people could have prevented that from happening if they decided to repent of their sin. They would have all the favor of the land and they would live like in the time of David when the people of Israel were abounding. In the time of Moses and Joshua, the people were obtaining the favor of GOD Almighty because they were faithful. But when they were not believing in GOD Almighty, there was that difficulty. GOD Almighty shows grace through the prophets and telling them to tell the people to repent. These are the first words that King Jesus Christ speaks in His ministry.

“Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.”

Repentance and follow the commandments. That is the reminder. Those commandments are the reinforcement of our faith. We have faith in GOD Almighty, we acknowledge GOD Almighty, we praise GOD Almighty, and we worship GOD Almighty. By following the commandments, we understand and acknowledge GOD Almighty as the True GOD Almighty and we worship GOD Almighty through following the commandments. Our faith increases. Through our faith, we are able to increase in the Spirit of Truth that GOD Almighty gives.

Difficulties Because of Righteousness

Sometimes there are difficulties that are not because of disobedience. There are difficulties that exist because of the world. That is another thing that we have to understand. We know David goes through difficulties, and he is righteous. We know King Jesus Christ goes through difficulties, and he is righteous. We know that Moses goes through difficulties, and he is righteous. So not every difficulty is because of disobedience, but we know that disobedience leads to difficulty. There is that distinction. For righteous individuals, why does it seem in the short term that the wicked prosper. In the short term, it appears to be that is what David says. It seems to be. In the long term, for eternity, that is not the case.

For those that are righteous that have difficulties, we learn that GOD Almighty is providing for us. GOD Almighty is providing for us abundance. GOD Almighty is providing for us spiritual gifts. Like Paul says, spiritual gifts of the Spirit of Truth. We are able to glorify, praise, and worship while having gifts of the spirit. We can administrate and speak languages through the gifts of the Spirit of Truth. We can continue to glorify GOD Almighty. There may be discernment. To know what is truth. We have the understanding of what is truth and what is not truth.

Those things that are lies, we do not pay attention to them. The things that are truth, we pay attention to that. We have the reminder in the Psalms of David that state the two paths. The path of the righteous and the path of the wicked. The path of the righteous leads to growth.

“They are like trees that are planted by streams of water. In all that they do, they prosper. The wicked are not so. They are like chaff that the wind drives away.”

Those are two distinctions between the righteous and the wicked. David has difficulties because he is righteous, but we know that GOD Almighty is able to see that and David is exalted. David humbles himself before GOD Almighty. King Jesus Christ goes through those difficulties but is exalted. Moses has difficulties, but GOD Almighty decides to exalt the humble. These blessings are reminders that GOD Almighty gives good things for those that are righteous. This means that there is going to be multiplication, addition, growth, understanding, wisdom, the following of the commandments, protection, salvation, and eternal salvation, all of these are examples of the good things in this life and the good things in the next life.

The purpose of this blog is to remind individuals of the times that we are living in that are close to the times spoken by King Jesus Christ in Revelation. We are to remain in the faith and continue to increase in our faith in King Jesus Christ until pre-tribulation rapture of the church of Philadelphia, persecution, or the return of King Jesus Christ. King Jesus Christ has died for our sins and is giving us eternal life through the resurrection. We are reminded that King Jesus Christ will be King of kings for a Thousand Years on the Renovated New Earth and for all eternity in New Jerusalem. We are reminded to continue with our faith keeping to the belief in King Jesus Christ and denying idolatry and the technological modification.
