King Jesus Christ in the Book of Luke

King Jesus Christ in the Book of Luke

Resurrection Radio Podcast Episode

Good afternoon! My name is Eduardo. This is Resurrection Radio Podcast. I am your presenter. In this episode, I wanted to speak about King Jesus Christ in the Book of Luke. King Jesus Christ allows us to understand wisdom and the importance of fidelity to GOD Almighty similar to David. King Jesus Christ preached in Israel during his ministry 2,000 years ago approximately about prophecy about the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 A.D. and also future time events that are consistent with Revelation describing the times prior to the great tribulation and/or the great tribulation. This describes the times of the closing of the Church Age. King Jesus Christ taught in parables and gave us examples about the importance of worshiping GOD Almighty above everything with sincerity of heart. We learn that Paul and Cephas learned from King Jesus Christ and were able to have zealous faith in GOD Almighty. King Jesus Christ allows us to know the reality that GOD Almighty created so that we can know the truth and not believe temporary lies and deception in the end times. We learn that King Jesus Christ tells us about the need to prioritize the worship of GOD Almighty that is consistent with the words of the prophets about making sure that we have fidelity to GOD Almighty. GOD Almighty does not want us to be hypocritical and wants us to be who we really are. We are supposed to worship GOD Almighty with who we are. We are not supposed to be hypocritical like the Pharisees and Saducees who said one thing and then did not obey the commandments. This speaks about not only preaching but also practicing obedience to the commandments of Moses Exodus 20: 1-17. This speaks about not only preaching but also making sure that there is the practice of righteousness and wisdom. Our actions, words, and intentions all have to worship GOD Almighty.

This speaks about our intentions being to glorify GOD Almighty above everything with our actions without hypocrisy. King Jesus Christ tells us in Luke 12: 22,

"Do not be anxious for anything in your life. What you are to eat or about your body what you will put on. For life is more than food and the body more than clothing. Consider the ravens how they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouses nor barn, and yet GOD Almighty feeds them. Of how much more value are you than birds. And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to your span of life. For if you are not able to do such a small thing as this, why are you anxious about the rest? Consider the lilies how they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of this. But if GOD so clothes the grass that is alive in the field today and tomorrow is thrown in the oven, how much will he clothe you, O you of little faith? And do not seek what you are to eat or what you are to drink or be weary. For all the nations of the world seek after these things and your Father knows that you need them. Instead seek His Kingdom and all these things will be added to you. Fear not little flock for it is your Father's pleasure to give you the kingdom. Sell your possessions and give to the needy. Provide yourselves with moneybags that do not grow old with treasures in the Heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys. For where your treasure is, so will your heart be also."- Luke 12: 22-34

Removing Worry and Negative Emotions

King Jesus Christ tells us that we do not need to have negative emotions describing fear, anxiety, and anger. We do not need to be anxious for anything. This does not mean that we do not need to have discipline or plan ahead, yet it does mean that we can trust in GOD Almighty above everything and not need to have anxiety or worry. We do not need to be anxious because GOD Almighty helps us persevere so that we have our basic necessities and also keep preaching eternal truth in King Jesus Christ. We are able to persevere with harmony knowing that GOD Almighty provides. GOD Almighty provides for us our basic necessities, virtues, wisdom, and boldness to preach. GOD Almighty cares about us and guards us from the temporary lies, envy, and evil. We know that we obtain food and clothing that are needed. GOD Almighty knows that. We know that even the nations seeked after food and clothing, and GOD Almighty cared. Even the Gentiles had the basic necessities. At the times of King Jesus Christ's ministry, we know that Jewish individuals are favored and blessed because they obeyed GOD Almighty and had faith describing how individuals were healed, restored, and improved when they renounced sin, idol worship, and vices. Even though the Gentiles did not know about GOD Almighty, GOD Almighty provided food and clothing. If they renounced idol worship, and worship GOD Almighty there was favor. This speaks about how GOD Almighty loves both Jewish and Gentile individuals. We know that after the Resurrection of King Jesus Christ, Jewish and Gentile individuals are given the opportunity to receive favor and blessings in the worship of GOD Almighty. We learn that King Jesus Christ is preached to the nations and Israel. GOD Almighty does not make a distinction concerning Jewish or Gentile individuals. The important point is to have faith and fidelity to GOD Almighty. Instead we are supposed to seek His Kingdom and all these things will be added.

This means accepting and confessing King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior. If we work for GOD Almighty, preaching, praying, and accomplishing the purpose of GOD Almighty in our lives, then these things are added to us and we do not have to fear. This wisdom is similar to how Moses was able to free Israel from captivity in Egypt and lead in the desert where there were no basic necessities. We learn that GOD Almighty gave Moses and the righteous of Israel the manner to thrive even where there were no basic necessities. Moses and the righteous persevered because of their faith in GOD Almighty obtaining food and water, protection from hostile nations, a cloud by day that guarded from the heat and a pillar of fire by night that provided light. We learn that they obtained wisdom in obeying the commandments of Moses. This speaks about obtaining favor and blessings when we decide to worship GOD Almighty above everything. GOD Almighty wants us to obtain eternal salvation, but we have to prioritize the worship of GOD Almighty and not the temporary things of the world. King Jesus Christ is the Good Shepherd and the Shepherd of Israel. King Jesus Christ is with GOD, the Father, and the Spirit of Truth the True GOD Almighty from before the beginning of creation, in the present, future, and for all eternity.

Persevering Recognizing King Jesus Christ Messiah

King Jesus Christ calls the initial disciples and apostles "little flock" instead of large flock because there were only the initial twelve disciples and new apostles in the beginning of King Jesus Christ's ministry. We know that over the time that King Jesus Christ preached, there were crowds that began to follow and listen to King Jesus Christ's preaching and message of repentance of sin. We learn that individuals began to have faith, and decided to believe in King Jesus Christ because of the healing signs and wonders that he was able to accomplish, preach similar to David, and be able to preach the need to repent of sin. We learn that individuals began to have faith in King Jesus Christ and flee from idol worship.

We learn that there are always righteous remnants of faithful individuals that decide to worship GOD Almighty instead of practicing idol worship. We know that in the times of Elijah there is a remnant of individuals that did not practice idol worship. We learn that when Elijah thought that he was the only prophet left after Ahab and Jezebel were practicing wickedness and persecuting, we learn that GOD Almighty tells Elijah that there were 7,000 righteous people in Israel. We learn that there may be fewer individuals that worship GOD Almighty compared to the majority, yet GOD Almighty chooses. We learn that the righteous remnants persevere throughout history and into eternity. GOD Almighty calls us and decides for us. Those that are truly faithful are probably not in the majority. GOD Almighty tells us in the Sacred Scriptures about "entering through the narrow door". We learn that there are difficulties that can only be resolved by having faith in GOD Almighty. We know that the "way is easy that leads to destruction" (Matthew 7: 13-14). This wisdom allows us to know that it takes dedication and discipline to be far apart from the road to destruction. We know that GOD Almighty helps us have discipline and reproof so that we persevere in the path of eternal salvation. King Jesus Christ tells us that we are not supposed to fear

King Jesus Christ Tells Us to Persevere With Courage

"Do not be anxious, and fear not."-Luke 12: 22, 32

King Jesus Christ tells us not to be anxious or afraid. King Jesus Christ's message of not having negative emotions is consistent with the message of Isaiah describing that there is no need to be in dread.

"Do not be in dread. Let GOD Almighty, the LORD of hosts, be your dread and your fear."- Isaiah 8: 13

King Jesus Christ tells us that we do not need negative emotions because instead we choose to have valor, courage, zeal, and humility to persevere worshiping GOD Almighty. King Jesus Christ's message is consistent with Old Testament prophets. We learn that this is consistent with the Sacred Scriptures of GOD Almighty. This wisdom reminds us that King Jesus Christ is GOD Almighty with GOD, the Father, and the Spirit of Truth. King Jesus Christ tells us not to fear. Do not be afraid. We learn that initially King Jesus Christ calls the disciples and apostles "little flock" because they were only twelve and were increasing in number.

Acknowledging King Jesus Christ Eternal Messiah

We learn that when King Jesus Christ and the disciples were preaching in another region, there were faithless people who did not have faith and left. We learn that King Jesus Christ questioned the disciples if they also wanted to leave. We learn that Cephas answered, 'To where else shall we go LORD. To where else?' That is the answer that we have to give. Even when the majority want to follow idol worship or temporary fleeting pleasures like in the times of Ahab and Jezebel, we are supposed to choose King Jesus Christ. GOD Almighty allows us to persevere with motivation and discipline so that we are not in the road of destruction. GOD Almighty always gives the choice to individuals. GOD Almighty does not force anyone to worship by force

Even if the majority does not want to worship GOD Almighty, we are still able to obey GOD Almighty. We learn that this wisdom allows us to persevere without negativity and idol worship that only leads to the destruction of the unrepentant wicked. This is so that we strive to enter through the narrow door and forsake the way that is easy that leads to destruction. Even if we have to go against the flow at the end times. This describes the beautiful example of Cephas' response and the manner that all the initial disciples except Judas Iscariot, who trusted in idolatry, were able to persevere preaching eternal salvation in King Jesus Christ. This describes the importance of zeal. Cephas responds by saying, 'To where else shall he go LORD?' describing that King Jesus Christ is the only source of eternal salvation. There is no other option. Only King Jesus Christ gives eternal salvationThe disciples remain with King Jesus Christ and follow King Jesus Christ preaching truth in the different regions. We read in the Book of Acts the preaching, marvellous signs and wonders, and obedience to GOD Almighty that Cephas, Paul, John, Luke, Stephen, Barnabas, and the apostles were able to accomplish. This is because they decided to accomplish the purpose of GOD Almighty worshiping GOD Almighty. We learn that the disciples and apostles preach King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior and persevere. We learn that the righteous disciples and apostles preach to Israel and the nations, and Christianity increased over the past 2,000 years and is still increasing. This describes the power of GOD Almighty and choosing to worship King Jesus Christ.

Prioritizing the Worship of GOD Almighty Above Temporary Material Possessions

We learn that King Jesus Christ tells us not to love the temporary things of the world and instead to prioritize the worship of GOD Almighty. We are not supposed to make material possessions our everything because they are temporary. We learn that Cephas, Paul, and the righteous disciples and apostles, not including Judas Iscariot, are able to accomplish this choosing to preach King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior over the material possessions. We learn that Judas Iscariot destroys himself because he prioritizes temporary material possessions instead of eternal salvation in King Jesus Christ. We learn that we are supposed to sell our material possessions and give to the needy. We learn to prioritize the worship of GOD Almighty and the eternal than the temporary fleeting pleasures and temporary material resources.

We learn that Cephas and Paul organize churches where individuals sold material possessions while the church grew and the needy were cared for. Paul organizes churches based on alms and is able to build up churches in different regions. We learn that churches were created and people repent of sin. Individuals decide to worship GOD Almighty above everything. King Jesus Christ tells us to give priority to the worship of GOD Almighty and obey the Spirit of Truth so that we do not give priority to material temporary resources. We do not have to prioritize extrinsic things. Instead we are supposed to give to the needy.

"Provide yourselves with moneybags that do not grow old. With a treasure in the Heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys."- Luke 12: 30-32

Obtaining Eternal Salvation Accepting and Confessing King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior

We know that in this life there are temptations to make temporary material resources our treasure. We learn that we can not prioritize temporary material resources because they can not be taken to the times of Shabbath Millennium on New Earth. We learn that the only thing that we can take out of this life is our eternal salvation. This is why we choose to accept and confess King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior and not prioritize temporary material resources. We can not practice idolatry because we choose to worship the Creator and LORD of everything, GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. King Jesus Christ tells us to prioritize the Kingdom of Heaven instead of idol worship and the temporary. We can not make temporary material resources our everything. This is because we instead choose to make GOD Almighty our everything.

"Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."- Luke 12: 34

What are we always thinking about? Do we care about the eternal or the temporary? Do we pay attention to the extrinsic, superficial, and temporary things, or do we choose to prioritize the worship of GOD Almighty above everything. We should be prioritizing the Kingdom of Heaven preaching King Jesus Christ and obeying the commandments of Moses with sincerity of heart instead of practicing idol worship and sin. This is because when we accept and confess King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior, we are able to obtain the Kingdom of Heaven and eternal life. King Jesus Christ tells us to be ready for the return of King Jesus Christ from the clouds at the end of the ages.

Persevering Amidst the Times Prior to the Great Tribulation and/or the Great Tribulation

"You must be ready. Stay dressed for action and keep your lamps burning. And be like men who are waiting for their master to return home to the wedding feast so that you may open the door to him at once when He comes and knocks. Blessed are those servants whom the master finds awake when He comes. Truly, I tell you, that He will dress himself for service and have them recline at table. If He comes at the second and third watch and finds them awake, blessed are those servants! But know this that if the master of the house would have known at what hour the thief is coming, he would not have let his house be broken into. You also must be ready for the Son of Man is returning at an hour you do not expect."- Luke 12: 35-40

We learn that King Jesus Christ preaches about the end of the ages. This is so that we keep our lamps burning obeying the commandments of Moses and are sober and awake Exodus 20: 1-17. We are supposed to be vigilant about the times that we are living in so that we do not believe temporary lies and deception that tells us that these are the best of times. This is because King Jesus Christ is going to return from the clouds. King Jesus Christ states that blessed are the servants that are able to stay awake and vigilant awaiting the return of their master.
