Episode: “Jeremiah, Return From Chaldean Exile, and Restorations”

Introduction

Good afternoon! My name is Eduardo. This is Resurrection Radio Podcast. I am your presenter. We spoke in the previous episode about the Book of Jeremiah speaking of the preaching of repentance of sin prior to the Chaldean Exile. Jeremiah speaks about the things that were going to happen because of sin. At the same time, Jeremiah is able to preach and prophesy about the future of King Jesus Christ being able to be the individual that was going to help Israel repent of sin, return to the obedience to the commandments of Moses, and increase the faith, confidence, and zeal in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. King Jesus Christ being able to tell individuals that there is a future for good. We learn that GOD Almighty tells Jeremiah to write a letter to the exiles. We learn that the exiles are able to return after the specific time that GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth state. This is seen in the Book of Ezra, Haggai, and Zechariah. This allows us to understand that GOD Almighty cares about the righteous remnant and is able to guard amidst the difficulties. We learn that the righteous persist.

Letter to the Exiles

Jeremiah tells them that they were going to the land of Chaldea, but that they had to persevere and repent of sin. They had to persist having children in the times of Jeremiah. They were supposed to build houses. They were supposed to eat the food they were planting. They were supposed to persist with their life in Chaldea. We learn that there is the Chaldean exile because of the sin of the majority. There is still the remnant that persevere and goes to Chaldea. We learn that the righteous remnant is able to increase in numbers in Chaldea and return back to Jerusalem to rebuild the city and build the second temple

There were other false prophets that were saying that they were not going to go through the Chaldean exile. That the Chaldean exile was only going to be for two years, and GOD Almighty tells Jeremiah to preach the truth. This is because of the sin that the people were committing. This is not harmless sin. They were acting like the nations that they had defeated in the time of Moses, Joshua, and the Judges. They were deciding to live a lifestyle of sin like those nations.

GOD Almighty Allows the Remnant to Continue

That is why there is the Chaldean exile. Even then GOD Almighty gives grace, and they are not destroyed. GOD Almighty provides for them so that they go to Chaldea. From there, they are supposed to thrive. They leave four thousand and return forty thousand.

“The letter was sent by the hand of Elasah the son of Shaphan and Gemariah the son of Hilkiah, from Zedekiah king of Judah sent to Babylon to Nebudchadnezzer king of Babyblon. It said: Thus says the LORD of hosts, the GOD of Israel, to all the exiles whom I have sent into exile from Jerusalem to Chaldea: Build houses and live in them; plant gardens and eat their produce. Take wives and have sons and daughters; multiply there, and do not decrease.”- Jeremiah 29: 3-6

GOD Almighty was given them encouragement for those that were considered the remnant of righteous individuals. We read about the individuals that were taken to exile that included some of the priests, individuals that were believers, righteous individuals that begin to live in Chaldea and persevere to have faith in GOD Almighty. GOD Almighty always has a remnant in the nations. We learn that they are able to return to their land after seventy years and are able to live in Jerusalem and rebuild. This speaks about the manner that GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth are able to help the righteous remnant persist because there is righteousness. We learn that this is what was told in the times of Jeremiah. We learn that this allows us to know that GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth care about the righteous. This speaks about the manner that righteousness allows us to persist.

The purpose of this blog is the glorification of GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. We are reminded in the Book of Revelation of the need to persist through faith in the end times of what we know. We are to have belief in the Scriptures. We are to have faith in King Jesus Christ who died on the cross and resurrected on the third day to give us eternal life and who provides the Spirit of Truth. We are able to glorify GOD Almighty above everything in this world. We are reminded in Revelation to not be a part of idolatry and not to take the technological modification.
