“Repentance of Sin Describes the Manner that Righteousness Guards From the Difficulties of Sin”
“But they did not obey your voice or walk in your law. They did nothing of all you commanded them to do. Therefore you have made all this disaster come upon them. Behold, the siege mounds have come up to the city to take it, and because of sword and famine and pestilence the city is given into the hands of the Chaldeans who are fighting against it. What you spoke has come to pass, and behold, you see it. Yet you, O LORD GOD, have said to me, 'Buy the field for money and get witnesses'- though the city is given into the hands of the Chaldeans.'”- Jeremiah 32: 23-25
While the promises of favor of GOD Almighty are eternal and provide for the abundance, righteousness, and steadfast love of GOD Almighty. There is the reminder to persevere practicing righteousness. We are instructed through the individuals of faith like Moses, David, and King Jesus Christ to have zeal for the word of GOD Almighty in honoring GOD Almighty above the things of the world. We read that we are to glorify GOD Almighty above everything, and GOD Almighty is able to provide.
We read about GOD Almighty delivering the people of Israel and Judah from difficulties with the nations when they chose to glorify GOD Almighty and listen and obey the word of GOD Almighty. We learn that there are difficulties when the people begin to commit idolatry. The destruction of the wicked in the times of Jeremiah is an example of those difficulties that exist because of idol worship and a lifestyle of sin with no repentance. GOD Almighty sends prophets to preach repentance, but the people continued to sin.
The prophet Jeremiah is able to understand the reason for a Chaldean exile. The prophet preaches to the people the need of repentance, and there is no listening to the word of GOD Almighty, the prophet, and the need to repent and have faith. To this Jeremiah sees the difficulties that begin to exist in the judgment of GOD Almighty against those that decided to go against the word of GOD Almighty and follow false beliefs.
To this, GOD Almighty still reminds us that there is the separation between the righteous and the wicked. While there was the sword, famine, and pestilence for those that decided to forsake GOD Almighty, for Jeremiah there is the reminder to buy a field in the land of the tribe of Benjamin in the Kingdom of Judah. We learn that this signifies that the people would be in exile for the amount of time that GOD Almighty decided and would be brought back to their land.
While there is that understanding of the difficulties due to lack of faith in GOD Almighty and the practice of idolatry and sin, we read that there is also the encouragement in knowing that GOD Almighty would provide for the righteous remnant despite the difficulties. GOD Almighty does not treat the remnant and those that practice idolatry the same. GOD Almighty separates and creates a distinction. To this, we read what the prophet Malachi says about there being separation between the righteous and the wicked in the future further telling us that through faith, we are able to thrive and persevere.

The purpose of this blog is the glorification of GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. We are reminded in the Book of Revelation of the need to persist through faith in the end times of what we know. We are to have belief in the Scriptures. We are to have faith in King Jesus Christ who died on the cross and resurrected on the third day to give us eternal life and who provides the Spirit of Truth. We are able to glorify GOD Almighty above everything in this world. We are reminded in Revelation to not be a part of idolatry and not to take the technological modification.
