Resurrection Radio Podcast: "King Jesus Christ Reproofs Sin and Pronounces Woes Against Wicked Pharisees"

Resurrection Radio Podcast

Episode: “King Jesus Christ Reproofs Sin and Pronounces Woes to the Wicked Pharisees”

Introduction

Good afternoon! My name is Eduardo. This is Resurrection Radio Podcast. I am your presenter. We spoke in previous episodes of the need to understand that King Jesus Christ is the individual who provides eternal life and we have to accept King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior, not partake in sin, repent of sin, fight sin, and also having faith and zeal in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. We have understanding in the Word of GOD Almighty that King Jesus Christ is providing favor for the righteous like we read in the previous episode of the Beautitudes on Mount Olive when we decide to obey the commandments of Moses and honor GOD Almighty above everything. When we decide to obey the first commandment and then all of the commandments, accepting King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior and keeping our faith in King Jesus Christ being Eternal LORD and Savior, we are able to glorify GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth over everything. We have faith and zeal in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth over everything.

We have understanding in the Word of GOD Almighty that King Jesus Christ is providing favor for the righteous like we read in the previous episode of the Beautitudes on Mount Olive when we decide to obey the commandments of Moses and honor GOD Almighty above everything.”

The False Philosophies of the Pharisees

We read about the blessings that were given by King Jesus Christ that speak about GOD Almighty providing favor for those who worship, praise, and glorify GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth with a sincere and zealous worship. This is very different from the things that the Pharisees and Sadducees were doing. We learn that the Sadducees had lukewarm worship when they did not have faith and belief in the Resurrection of King Jesus Christ, not reading the Books of the Prophets of the Word of GOD Almighty that speak about the importance of obeying the commandments of GOD Almighty, and repenting of sin. There is also the understanding of not partaking in self righteousness. The Saducees had a lack of faith and belief in GOD Almighty that evil attempts to use to lead people to sin. The other part is when evil is trying to lead people to self righteousness seen in the Pharisees. We learn that the Pharisees were teaching false "commandments" that were attempting to cause individuals to feel burdened about the six-hundred false "commandments" of Phariseeism while attempting to appear that it was Christianity. Those where not the real commandments that GOD Almighty had instructed through Moses described in Exodus 20: 1-17.

Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples, 'The scribes and the Pharisees sit on Moses' seat, so do and observe whatever they tell you, but not the works they do. For they preach, but do not practice. They tie up heavy burdens, hard to bear, and lay them on people's shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to move them with their finger. They do all their deeds to be seen by others. For they make their phylacteries broad and their fringes long, and they love the place of honor at feasts and the best seats in the synagogues and greetings in the marketplaces and being called rabbi by others. But you are not to be called rabbi, for you have one teacher, and you are all brothers. And call no man your father on earth, for you have one Father, who is in heaven. Neither be called instructors, for you have one instructor, the Christ. The greatest among you shall be your servant. Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.”- Matthew 23: 1-12

We know that this speaks about King Jesus Christ knowing the intentions of the heart and the mind. We learn that the Pharisees were adding close to six-hundred false "commandments" that were causing individuals to doubt their faith and belief in being able to obey all the commandments. This speaks about the addition of false "commandments" that were not stated by GOD Almighty nor by Moses. This is the difference between the Word in Scripture of GOD Almighty and false philosophies of the world that are trying to say false "commandments" or  preach false "wisdom" that goes against the worship of GOD Almighty and are based on temporary lies. The Pharisees were causing the people to feel burdened by the false "commandments", but those commandments were not the commandments of Moses. The mortal made false "commandments" of the Pharisees were not the Ten Commandments instructed at Mount Sinai. The Pharisees taught mortal made false "commandments" that were not from Moses and GOD Almighty.

We learn that the Pharisees were adding false "commandments" that were causing individuals to doubt their faith and zeal in being able to obey the real commandments instructed to Moses on Mount Sinai.”

The Pharisees Added Commandments That Were Not Instructed by GOD Almighty or Moses

King Jesus Christ compares this to the manner that this was seen as a burden, and the Pharisees themselves did not seek to practice those false "commandments". The Pharisees preached but did not practice. There was the addition of "commandments". Evil was using the Pharisees to make it seem that it was difficult to obey the word in Scripture of GOD Almighty. We know that the Ten Commandments are not a burden, are protection, and a light to our steps.

King Jesus Christ compares this to the manner that this was seen as a burden, and the Pharisees themselves did not seek to practice those false 'commandments'.”

Then we read about how the Pharisees cared about having the best seats, greetings in the market places, and being called rabbi. This is talking about appearances. King Jesus Christ was telling us that each individual should prioritize and pay attention to the intrinsic value of an individual and not to the superficial appearances. We need to care about the things of GOD Almighty and our intentions should glorify GOD Almighty over the things of the world. Those things of the world are good, but at the same time, we are supposed to glorify GOD Almighty above those things that society say are important. The things of GOD Almighty are of greater importance than the things of the world.

The things of GOD Almighty are of greater importance than the things of the world.”

Praying For the Help of the Spirit of Truth to Understand the Word in Scripture of GOD Almighty

There is that question of why are we not supposed to call individuals rabbis? We know that is a word that describes teaching and means teacher. Why were individuals not supposed to call other individuals rabbi? It was so that we understand and increase in wisdom knowing that the Sacred Scriptures and worship of GOD Almighty has authority, power, and is to be respected. This means understanding the meaning behind the superficial understanding of this. The Pharisees preached but did not practice. The writings of Moses described the need to know the Scriptures so that we increase in wisdom obeying the commandments of Moses. Why did King Jesus Christ not want to call other individuals rabbi? It is because we have to know that GOD Almighty gives the instruction of the Scriptures of GOD Almighty and instructs Moses to teach the commandments. GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth gives us guidance, knowledge, instruction, wisdom, understanding, reasoning, and counsel so that we worship GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth and not individuals. We know that there are prophets that also preach about the commandments and repentance of sin. We learn that this is because there were individuals who decided to add or remove from the Word of GOD Almighty with the intention to not worship GOD Almighty.

We learn that this is because there were individuals who decided to add or remove from the Word of GOD Almighty.”

We read about the reason of why we are not supposed to call instructors rabbis. We learn that King Jesus Christ instructs the Word in Scripture of GOD Almighty, and we also know that GOD Almighty and the Spirit of Truth allow us to have understanding and wisdom. This is so that we are able to speak the eternal truth in the Scriptures of GOD Almighty and not be led astray. We know that GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth are the True GOD Almighty from before the creation, in the present, future, and for all eternity. Because of this, GOD Almighty allows us to understand the Word in Scripture of GOD Almighty by praying for the Spirit of Truth to provide discernment. GOD Almighty allows us to understand the Scriptures of GOD Almighty through King Jesus Christ and the Spirit of Truth. There is discernment that we receive from King Jesus Christ and the Spirit of Truth. This is so that we know the difference between righteousness and wickedness.

Because of this, GOD Almighty allows us to understand the Scriptures of GOD Almighty by praying for the Spirit of Truth to provide discernment.”

The Spirit of Truth Provides Discernment

This is so that we know that there are false prophets that may attempt to add false information that was never said similar to the Pharisees or remove information similar to the Saducees. We learn that the false philosophies of idolatry were not said by GOD Almighty. This is speaking of not practicing and not prioritizing the false "commandments" that GOD Almighty never said. This is speaking about the need to pray for the Spirit of Truth to provide discernment so that we know the eternal truth from the temporary lies. Sometimes individuals may add false "commandments" that were never said by GOD Almighty like we read in the times of the Pharisees. That is the reason. We know that the greatest among the disciples and apostles must be able to serve the others. This speaks about GOD Almighty seeing everyone the same so that we look to GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth being the source of wisdom, understanding, and knowledge. This prevents self-adoration and idolatry. This is speaking about the need to be meek, humble, and zealous so that an increase of wisdom and understanding does not lead to the practice of sin, idolatry, and arrogance. Negative emotions want to lead to having an ego and arrogance so that there is the practice of sin, and sin wants to lead to greater sin.

Negative emotions want to lead to sin, and sin wants to lead to greater sin.”

We also know that those that humble themselves are exalted, and those that exalt themselves are humbled. We know that GOD Almighty allows us to understand this through the righteous individuals. We learn that Jacob is able to go through difficulties and is able to trust in GOD Almighty, and GOD Almighty is able to exalt Jacob for trusting in GOD Almighty. This is similar to David who trusts in GOD Almighty even through the difficulties that he goes through, and GOD Almighty is able to exalt David. This is speaking about King Jesus Christ who is humble and obeys the Word in Scripture of GOD Almighty and glorifies GOD Almighty above everything, and GOD Almighty exalts King Jesus Christ. This is speaking about the disciples and apostles describing Peter and Paul and righteous individuals describing Mary who obey the commandments and glorify GOD Almighty above everything, and GOD Almighty exalts them. This is speaking about individuals who are humble, and GOD Almighty exalts them because we decide to serve GOD Almighty above the things of the world. We know that GOD Almighty is able to exalt the humble.

This is speaking about King Jesus Christ who is humble and obeys the Word in Scripture of GOD Almighty and glorifies GOD Almighty above everything, and GOD Almighty exalts King Jesus Christ.”

The Pharisees Were Preventing the People From Learning the Word in Scripture of GOD Almighty

But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut the kingdom of heaven in people's faces. For you neither enter yourselves nor allow those who would enter to go in. Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel across sea and land to make a single proselyte, and when he becomes a proselyte, you make him twice as much a child of hell as yourselves.”- Matthew 23: 13-15

This speaks about the manner that they were not allowing the people to understand the Word in Scripture of GOD Almighty. Instead of teaching the Scriptures of GOD Almighty, the Pharisees were teaching false philosophies that were leading the people to be sinners. They were teaching philosophies of sin that lead to sin instead of leading to eternal life. GOD Almighty wants to lead us to eternal life and not to difficulties. GOD Almighty does not want to lead us to difficulties and destruction. That is what evil wants to do. We are not supposed to partake in the things of evil. We are supposed to partake in the things of GOD Almighty. King Jesus Christ was saying that the Pharisees were not teaching the people the Scriptures of GOD Almighty. The Pharisees were not giving confidence to the people because they were not instructing the worship of GOD Almighty.

Woe to you, blind guides, who say, 'If anyone swears by the temple, it is nothing, but if anyone swears by the gold of the temple, he is bound by his oath.' You blind fools! For which is greater, the gold or the temple that has made the gold sacred? And you say, 'If anyone swears by the altar, it is nothing, but if anyone swears by the gift that is on the altar, he is bound by his oath.' You blind men! For which is greater, the gift or the altar that makes the gift sacred? So whoever swears by the altar swears by it and by everything on it. And whoever swears by the temple swears by it and by him who dwells on it. And whoever swears by heaven swears by the throne of GOD and by him who sits upon it.”- Matthew 23: 16-22

We learn that the Pharisees cared about the material resources in the temple greater than the temple itself. This speaks about that understanding of needing to know that GOD Almighty wants us to care greater about the things of GOD Almighty over the material resources or things of the world. This speaks about the markets being greater for the Pharisees than the temple. GOD Almighty tells us that the worship, praise, and glorification of GOD Almighty is of greater importance than the things of the world. The praise, worship, and glorification of GOD Almighty is greater than the things of the world.

This speaks about the markets being greater for the Pharisees than the temple.”

King Jesus Christ Preaches Righteousness and Obedience to the Commandments of Moses

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint and dill and cumin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faithfulness. These you ought to have done, without neglecting the others. You blind guides, straining out the gnat and swallowing a camel!”- Matthew 23: 23-26

This is speaking about how the Pharisees were tithing in public and making sure that the people were seeing, but they had decided to not practice obedience to the commandments of Moses, grace, steadfast love, and having faith and zeal in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. This is speaking about how the Sadducees had no belief in the Resurrection. We learn that the Pharisees were not able to understand grace and steadfast love that was what King Jesus Christ was preaching along with obedience to the commandments of Moses and repentance of sin. This speaks about the need to prioritize and obey the commandments of Moses and have grace. King Jesus Christ is steadfast love and grace. The Pharisees were appearing to care about the worship of GOD Almighty, but that was not the case. There was sin.

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and the plate, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence. You blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and the plate, that the outside also may be clean.”- Matthew 23: 25-26

This is saying that the Pharisees appeared to be clean on the outside but on the inside there was self indulgence, greed, and evil. That is what sin wants to lead to. Sin wants to start off small and then lead individuals farther and farther from GOD Almighty to the point where sin wants to lead to evil. That is why we are not supposed to partake in that. GOD Almighty was saying to be clean on the inside. Intrinsically caring about the intentions of the mind and the heart instead of the appearance of. The need to be righteous instead of self-righteous. That is the difference.

Sin wants to start off small and then lead individuals farther and farther from GOD Almighty to the point where sin wants to lead to evil.”

King Jesus Christ Preached Against Sin

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but within are full of dead people's bones and all uncleanness. So you also outwardly appear righteous to others, but within, you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.”- Matthew 23: 27-28

There was the understanding that they appeared to be clean on the outside, but on the inside they had negative emotions from sin. They were preaching about practicing the commandments and worship of GOD Almighty, but they themselves did not practice. We learn that instead of obedience to the commandments, there was lawlessness. That means disobedience to the commandments. The Pharisees preached the commandments but did not obey them. The Pharisees created false "commandments" that were meant to be a burden instead of leading individuals to have faith and zeal in GOD Almighty. We learn that the false "commandments" that were being created were leading the people to feel that is was difficult to obey all those mortal made "commandments". Those mortal made "commandments" were not from GOD Almighty. King Jesus Christ understands the intentions of the heart and the mind and why the Pharisees had created false mortal made "commandments", and preaches against idolatry similar to Isaiah and Malachi.

The Pharisees were preaching about practicing the worship of GOD Almighty, but they themselves did not practice.”

When King Jesus Christ pronounces difficulties for the sin, it was not arbitrary. I have made episodes in the past that speak about how King Jesus Christ was preaching to the Pharisees and Sadducees so that they can repent from their sin and persist being priests in the temple. When there is no repentance of sin and there is still sin, GOD Almighty judges. King Jesus Christ was speaking difficulties to the Pharisees because they did not want to repent of sin. The Pharisees preferred sin and evil instead of repenting of sin. We learn that the difficulties that are described are because of the practice of sin and idolatry. There is no repentance of sin. We read about the understanding that sin leads to difficulties. We are supposed to repent of sin and fight sin. We are not supposed to believe false philosophies that try to lead to sin. The Pharisees were attempting to create additional burdens for the people so that they did not practice their faith and zeal in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. There is the need to not partake in that. There is the need to have discernment in the Spirit of Truth. Christians understand this in the Spirit of Truth. Only in the Spirit of Truth can we understand this.

The Pharisees preferred sin and evil instead of repenting of sin.”

King Jesus Christ Speaks About the Destruction of the Second Temple and Judgment of GOD Almighty Against the Pharisees

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you build the tombs of the prophets and decorate the monuments of the righteous, saying, 'If we had lived in the days of our fathers, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.' Thus you witness against yourselves that you are sons of those who murdered the prophets. Fill up, then, the measure of your fathers. You serpents, you brood of vipers, how are you to escape being sentenced to hell? Therefore I send you prophets and wise men and scribes, some of whom you will kill and crucify, and some you will flog in your synagogues and persecute from town to town, so that on you may come all the righteous blood shed on earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah the son of Barachiah, whom you murdered between the sanctuary and the altar.”- Matthew 23: 29-35

This is speaking about the generation of King Jesus Christ how there was evil committed in the past against the prophets. We learn that there is the understanding that the sin of the people is attempting to cause people to go against the righteous. We learn that in the times of King Jesus Christ there were sinners who had decided to persecute and we read about the consequences of that in the times of King Jesus Christ. We learn that two thousand years ago King Jesus Christ died on the cross and is Resurrected on the third day. King Jesus Christ preaches to the disciples about the need to preach the Gospel. We learn that in the start of the Church age there was persecution because of the Pharisees and wicked sinners. We read that because of that persecution, there was going to be judgment from GOD Almighty against the Pharisees and the wicked sinners.

We read that because of that persecution, there was going to be judgment from GOD Almighty against the Pharisees and the wicked sinners.”

We read that there were going to be individuals who were going to preach the Gospel in the times of King Jesus Christ who were going to be persecuted by the Pharisees and this is what we read about in the Book of Acts. We read about that understanding how the Sadducees go against the righteous and also how the Pharisees persecute, but there is judgment from GOD Almighty. We learn that King Jesus Christ says that “truly I say to you, all those things would happen in that generation.” This is speaking about that happening in the start of the Church age when there is persecution, but then we know that there is judgment by GOD Almighty against the wicked. We know that there is judgment against sin. We ask how is King Jesus Christ able to know that? King Jesus Christ knows the intentions of the heart and mind. At the time that King Jesus Christ pronounces those difficulties, we know that King Jesus Christ knows that the wicked people were not going to change. There is no repentance of sin. Because of their sin and lack of repentance of sin, this tries to lead individuals to practice greater sin.

At the time that King Jesus Christ pronounces those difficulties, we know that King Jesus Christ knows that the wicked people are not going to change. There is no repentance of sin. Because of their sin and lack of repentance of sin, this tries to lead individuals to practice greater sin.”

King Jesus Christ Speaks About the Negative Effects of Sin

We read that King Jesus Christ starts describing the sins of the Pharisees that start off small, but then start to be seen as greater sin. That is what GOD Almighty hates. GOD Almighty judges wickedness and there is understanding that GOD Almighty is gracious and just. We read in the Books of the Prophets of how there is that understanding. We learn that those difficulties were being preached against the Pharisees because of their sin. This is because GOD Almighty hates sin. GOD Almighty loves humanity, but hates sin. GOD Almighty also gives the choice to decide if we want to choose the path of righteousness or not. GOD Almighty gives us the choice. We know that there is judgment against the wicked because in the times of the disciples and apostles, we read about how there are difficulties for those that persecute the righteous. We learn that there is the Roman scattering, no longer a second temple, there are riots and insurrections between the Pharisees to be high priest, and the Pharisees lose influence. There are revolts against the Pharisees and there are other difficulties. This is speaking about GOD Almighty providing judgment against the wicked. GOD Almighty also preaches the need for repentance of sin. We learn that the disciples and apostles persevere by preaching in the nations. We learn that Christianity increases in the nations because of the preaching of King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior, obedience to the commandments of Moses, and repenting of sin

There are revolts against the Pharisees and there are other difficulties. This is speaking about GOD Almighty providing judgment against the wicked.”

We are reminded in the Book of Revelation of the need to persist through faith in the end times of what we know. We are to have belief in the Scriptures. We are to have faith in King Jesus Christ who died on the cross and resurrected on the third day to give us eternal life and who provides the Spirit of Truth. We are able to glorify GOD Almighty above everything in this world. We are reminded in Revelation to not be a part of idolatry and not to take the technological modification.
