Acknowledging the Importance of Virtues in the Proverbs

Acknowledging the Importance of Virtues in the Proverbs

Positive Christianity Series Episode #207

The Proverbs of Solomon describes that the fear of the LORD allows us to develop wisdom. Worshiping and obeying the GOD of gods allows us to develop other virtues that help us persevere in the path of eternal salvation. We learn that the beginning of wisdom is the fear of the LORD, obeying the commandments of Moses, and hating evil. We learn that the writings of Job, Proverbs, and Psalms of David describe the importance of developing true wisdom. While there are false doctrines of hate and lust that want to lead to the path of destruction, we choose to persevere obeying the commandments of Moses instead. We learn that virtues also help us persevere with fidelity to GOD Almighty that prevent vices from developing in the practice of sin and idol worship.

"Then you will understand righteousness and justice, and equity, every good path; for wisdom will come into your heart, and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul."- Proverbs 2: 9-10

The worship of GOD almighty allows us to develop virtues that can improve and help us understand the truth, knowledge, and wisdom that exist in obeying the commandments of Moses. We learn that loving GOD Almighty above everything and respecting humanity allows us to develop wisdom and insight that helps us understand the importance of counsel, reproof, wisdom, and correction. We are able to understand that GOD Almighty speaks truth while the snake only speaks temporary lies.  We can go to Scripture to remind us of the truth that only the worship of GOD Almighty helps us improve with favor, blessings, wisdom, and fidelity to GOD Almighty

We learn about the importance of righteousness and integrity in our lives. We learn that the worship of GOD Almighty allows us to understand the importance of righteousness and integrity so that we practice ethics and morality. This wisdom describes that the obedience to the commandments of Moses allows us to practice true equality and equity that prevents us from being envious and covetous seen in false doctrines of lust and hate. We learn that idolatry teaches individuals to be arrogant, irresponsible, envious, and hypocritical. We can choose to remove negative information, false doctrines, and be far apart from false prophets that want to lead to the practice of sin. Righteousness prevents us from practicing sin and idol worship. We learn that virtues prevent vices. The practice of wisdom in obeying the commandments of Moses prevents foolishness.

"Discretion will watch over you, understanding will guard you."- Proverbs 2: 11

We learn that GOD Almighty is impartial and does not accept bribes. We learn to value the importance of justice and equity. We learn that we can not be partial and unethical because it only leads to the road of destruction. We learn that discretion means having sound judgment meaning we choose to worship and obey GOD Almighty rather than practice foolishness and idolatry. We learn that wisdom and discretion allows us to persevere in the path of eternal salvation. We learn that David's life describes the need to avoid idolatry. The life of Job describes the need to trust in GOD Almighty above everything. We learn to avoid foolishness, wickedness, evil, envy, coveting, avarice, deceit, greed, arrogance, stinginess, hate, anger, malice, lust, intemperance, temporary lies, fornication, adultery, homosexuality, and irresponsibility,  that tries to lead to the road of destruction.

If Spotify links do not work, the GreatnessWithinUs.Life site has older articles with audio. Not sure if Spotify links do not work based on envy or human error. Most likely envy due to the times prior to the great tribulation and speaking truth, filial love, logic,  and repentance of sin. I am going to keep preaching and having gratitude for not practicing idol worship, not being covid "vaccinated" (not even once), and not having to tell temporary lies. I am able to persevere with gratitude and true joy amidst living in not the best of times. Hallelu JAH!

I keep persevering and having gratitude amidst the times that we are living in that are not the best of times. While the false prophets have attempted to prevent the Spotify audio links from working among so many other attempts to discourage including freezing or preventing my debit card from working since about the time the covid “vaccines” started being implemented, preventing me from cashing in cashier checks at the local store, being unable to withdraw funds from 401k (no answer from phone line workers), false prophets making random noises during the day including yelling non-sense, getting on the apartment roof to scratch the roof, and knock at random intervals, preventing the ability to work, preventing the ability to return back to school to get a Master's degree and keep on receiving an education, preventing access to Wordpress, creating app pop-up messages to prevent me from writing, closing apps multiple times, cyber attacking a laptop and preventing me from logging in, changing the voltage of the electricity to cause a desktop computer to malfunction, and overall attempting to intimidate, cause envy, and anger, I am able to persevere knowing that we await the return of King Jesus Christ. Even amidst all this, I am going to keep preaching knowing that there is encouragement amidst the times that we live in.These are definitely not the best of times knowing that there is envy and cowardice from the false prophets who definitely do not like individuals to prosper and improve in the worship of GOD Almighty consistent with Scripture. Even amidst the attempts to discourage, I have gratitude that I am not covid “vaccinated” (not even once), am able to exercise everyday minimum thirty minutes a day trusting in my immune system that GOD Almighty created and in GOD Almighty, and can keep preaching and writing amidst the not so good times that we live in. I have gratitude to GOD Almighty for allowing me to persevere even amidst attempts by envy to discourage and demotivate knowing that I do not place my worth in temporary material resources and false “relationships”.Instead I choose to worship King Jesus Christ, the Eternal King of Kings. I am going to keep preaching and keep writing for the worship of GOD Almighty knowing that there are books being written in heaven concerning the good and bad that each individual has done. We must persevere obeying the commandments and trusting in GOD Almighty.

"If GOD is for us who can be against us."

Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man. They were eating and drinking and marrying and being given in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. Likewise, just as it was in the days of Lot- they were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building, but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom, fire and sulfur rained from heaven and destroyed them all- so will it be on the day when the Son of Man is revealed.”- Luke 17: 27-30
