We can improve ourselves by being faithful to GOD Almighty and denying the temporary things of the world.
"Whoever pursues righteousness and kindness, will find life, righteousness, and honor."- Proverbs 21: 21
We learn that in the worship of GOD Almighty there is life. Moses describes that in obeying the commandments there is salvation. There is favor and blessings in the worship of GOD Almighty described in the manner that we persevere with life, eternal salvation, righteousness, and having honor. We learn that we are given honor by GOD Almighty for being faithful and righteous instead having disbelief and practicing iniquity.
"The LORD has made everything for its purpose, even the wicked for the day of trouble."- Proverbs 16: 4
We also learn that GOD Almighty creates with meaning and purpose. We learn that when we worship GOD Almighty we have eternal meaning and purpose. We worship King Jesus Christ and have eternal salvation. Only in King Jesus Christ do we have eternal salvation. We are able to live in Shabbath Millennium on New Earth and then for all eternity in New Jerusalem in the Highest Heavens. We learn that even the wicked have a purpose to describe why we can not practice sin and idol worship.
We learn that even when sin and iniquity attempt to tempt to idol worship, we know that there is a distinction between the righteous and the wicked. We learn that the stories of Scripture describe that the wicked are destroyed for their iniquity. This is seen in the stories of Cain, the wicked in the times of Noah, the wicked in the times of Lot, Balaam, wicked Pharaoh, Korah's rebellion, Ahab and Jezebel, Jeroboam, Herod, Herod Agrippa, and Judas Iscariot. We learn from the negative examples of what we are not supposed to be like. We learn that the wicked are destroyed by GOD Almighty when GOD Almighty decides to destroy the wicked. This wisdom prevents us from believing the temporary lies of the snake that tries to lead into the practice of sin and idol worship and the destruction of the unrepentant wicked.
