Elijah Perseveres Worshiping GOD Almighty and Takes Refuge in the Desert of Beersheba

Positive Christianity Series Episode #160

Elijah is threatened by Jezebel for having helped Israel return to the LORD and destroying the false prophets. We learn that Elijah flees to the desert of Beersheba and takes refuge. Elijah questions how he is going to persevere. We learn that GOD Almighty does not forsake Elijah even when he was being persecutedElijah's story describes that even when there is persecution, we can persevere with devotion and fidelity to GOD Almighty. GOD Almighty reminds us that regardless of persecution, tribulation, or times, GOD Almighty allows us to persevere because we decide to obey and worship GOD Almighty above everything

"But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness and came and sat down under a broom tree. And he asked that he might die, saying, 'It is enough; now O LORD, take away my life, for I am no better than my fathers.' And he lay down and slept under a broom tree. And behold, an angel touched him and said, 'Arise and eat.' And he looked, and behold, there was at his head a cake baked on hot stones and a jar of water. And he ate and drank and lay down again. And the angel of the LORD came again a second time and touched him and said, 'Arise and eat for the journey is too great for you.' And he arose and ate and drank, and went in the strength of that food forty days and forty nights to Horeb, the mount of GOD.'"- 1 Kings 19: 4-8

We learn that Elijah was able to accomplish great wonders and return Israel to the true faithThis caused the anger of Jezebel who threatens Elijah. We learn that Elijah flees and tells GOD Almighty that GOD Almighty take his life. This is with the understanding that Elijah did not know how we was going to make it. We learn that GOD Almighty responds to Elijah by sending an angel that gives Elijah food and water and tells him to eat the food.GOD Almighty does not forsake Elijah even when Elijah had doubts. We learn that this describes the importance of trusting in GOD Almighty who helps us persevere because we go to prayer and decide to not practice idol worship. GOD Almighty strengthens Elijah and describes the manner that GOD Almighty does not forsake the righteous and faithful

We learn that GOD Almighty does not forsake Elijah even when Elijah thought that there were considerable difficulties. GOD Almighty allows us to know that we do not have to care about the discouragements, circumstances, times, and persecution and instead we can prioritize and care about the worship of GOD AlmightyWe can choose to prioritize the worship of GOD Almighty and not believe the temporary lies of evil. GOD Almighty helps us know that we can trust in GOD Almighty above everything and not doubt our faith and zeal for the worship of GOD Almighty

"There he came to a cave and lodged in it. And behold, the word of the LORD came to him, and he said to him, 'What are you doing here Elijah?' He said, 'I have been very jealous for the LORD, the GOD of hosts. For the people of Israel have forsaken your covenant, thrown down your altars, and killed your prophets with the sword, and I, even I only, am left, and they seek my life, to take it away.' And he said, 'Go out and stand on the mount before the LORD.' And behold, the LORD, passed by and a great and strong wind tore the mountains and broke in pieces the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. And after the wind an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. And after the earthquake a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire.'"- 1 Kings 19: 9-12

We learn that after Elijah eats and perseveres forty days and forty nights and goes to the mountain, GOD Almighty asks Elijah why he was where he was. We learn that GOD Almighty knows everything for all time and all eternityGOD Almighty knows all perspectives and points of view of individuals even before they are in the womb and even before they are born. GOD Almighty knew the intentions of the heart and mind of Elijah. We know that GOD Almighty asks Elijah this question with the intention to know Elijah's perspective. This is because GOD Almighty wants us to go to prayer. This allows us to know that GOD Almighty cares about righteous individuals and does not forsake us. We are able to understand that prayer helps. We learn that GOD Almighty listens to Elijah and shows Elijah that GOD Almighty is with himElijah has zeal for the worship of GOD Almighty and does not like that Israel was practicing disobedience to the commandments of Moses and worshiping false idols. GOD Almighty does not forsake Elijah and provides signs and wonders that prove that He is with ElijahGOD Almighty makes a strong wind that tears through the mountains, yet GOD Almighty was not in the strong wind. GOD Almighty makes an earthquake, yet GOD Almighty was not in the earthquake. GOD Almighty makes fire, yet GOD Almighty is not in the fire. We learn that GOD Almighty shows Elijah that He is with him regardless of times, osbtacles, and persecution. GOD Almighty allows us to know that He does not forsake His people. GOD Almighty does not forsake His righteous Christians

If Spotify links do not work, the GreatnessWithinUs.Life site has older articles with audio. Not sure if Spotify links do not work based on envy or human error. Most likely envy due to the times prior to the great tribulation and speaking truth, filial love, logic,  and repentance of sin. I am going to keep preaching and having gratitude for not practicing idol worship, not being covid "vaccinated" (not even once), and not having to tell temporary lies. I am able to persevere with gratitude and true joy amidst living in not the best of times. Hallelu JAH!

I keep persevering and having gratitude amidst the times that we are living in that are not the best of times. While the false prophets have attempted to prevent the Spotify audio links from working among so many other attempts to discourage including freezing or preventing my debit card from working since about the time the covid “vaccines” started being implemented, preventing me from cashing in cashier checks at the local store, being unable to withdraw funds from 401k (no answer from phone line workers), false prophets making random noises during the day including yelling non-sense, getting on the apartment roof to scratch the roof, and knock at random intervals, preventing the ability to work, preventing the ability to return back to school to get a Master's degree and keep on receiving an education, preventing access to Wordpress, creating app pop-up messages to prevent me from writing, closing apps multiple times, cyber attacking a laptop and preventing me from logging in, changing the voltage of the electricity to cause a desktop computer to malfunction, and overall attempting to intimidate, cause envy, and anger, I am able to persevere knowing that we await the return of King Jesus Christ. Even amidst all this, I am going to keep preaching knowing that there is encouragement amidst the times that we live in.These are definitely not the best of times knowing that there is envy and cowardice from the false prophets who definitely do not like individuals to prosper and improve in the worship of GOD Almighty consistent with Scripture. Even amidst the attempts to discourage, I have gratitude that I am not covid “vaccinated” (not even once), am able to exercise everyday minimum thirty minutes a day trusting in my immune system that GOD Almighty created and in GOD Almighty, and can keep preaching and writing amidst the not so good times that we live in. I have gratitude to GOD Almighty for allowing me to persevere even amidst attempts by envy to discourage and demotivate knowing that I do not place my worth in temporary material resources and false “relationships”.Instead I choose to worship King Jesus Christ, the Eternal King of Kings. I am going to keep preaching and keep writing for the worship of GOD Almighty knowing that there are books being written in heaven concerning the good and bad that each individual has done. We must persevere obeying the commandments and trusting in GOD Almighty.

"If GOD is for us who can be against us."

Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man. They were eating and drinking and marrying and being given in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. Likewise, just as it was in the days of Lot- they were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building, but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom, fire and sulfur rained from heaven and destroyed them all- so will it be on the day when the Son of Man is revealed.”- Luke 17: 27-30

Jesus went on from there and walked beside the Sea of Galilee. And he went up on the mountains and sat down there. And great crowds came to him, bringing with them the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute, and many others, and they put them at his feet, and he healed them, so that the crowd wondered, when they saw the mute speaking, the crippled healthy, the lame walking, and the blind seeing. And they glorified the GOD of Israel.”- Matthew 15: 29-31
