Episode: “Protecting Our Minds Against Deception”
Introduction
Good afternoon! My name is Eduardo. This is Resurrection Radio Podcast. I am your presenter. We spoke in previous episodes about the importance of not being a part of sin and fighting sin because of the times that we are living in. We have to make sure that we know the difference between the things that are of GOD Almighty from the things that are not of GOD Almighty so that we do not partake in sin. We are able to obey the commandments, have faith and belief in King Jesus Christ as LORD and Savior, and we make sure to repent of sin and fight against sin. This is to not be a part of the things that want to lead us far from GOD Almighty trying to cause us to doubt the word of GOD Almighty. We know that there is deception that is trying to cause us to doubt our faith and belief in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth.

Protecting Ourselves From the Deception of Sin
We are
supposed to know the difference between what is going to help us so
that we do not allow sin to cause individuals to not pay attention to
the things of GOD Almighty. We know sin is trying to cause individuals to not read the word of GOD Almighty, not pray, and prevent the praise of GOD Almighty. We have to know that there is the
understanding that we have to know the difference. We have to know
the things that are of GOD Almighty from the things that are trying
to cause us difficulties. We know that sin is trying to cause
individuals to doubt GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit
of Truth and ourselves. We have to know the difference. We spoke
about some of the things that we are not supposed to partake in. We are not supposed to be a part of sin. Sin wants to lead to greater
sin and we have to acknowledge and have a conscience to know that sin
is trying to be increased and normalized. This is so that there is
the decrease of faith and belief. The Spirit of Truth defends us from this.
“We are not supposed to be a part of sin.”
We know that we have to have strategies to fight against sin to help us. We spoke about qualities that help us to defend from the attacks of sin. We spoke about having righteousness, understanding, serenity, harmony, and peace. We know that sin is trying to cause there to be emotions that are trying to cause sin like anger, resentment, and anxiety. We are not supposed to allow sin to cause that and instead there is supposed to be serenity, harmony, and peace that is of GOD Almighty. We know that sin is trying to tempt individuals and try to cause individuals to see the cares of the world, the temptations of the world, or the hate of the world that is trying to cause individuals to doubt their faith and belief in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. This speaks to sin wanting individuals to not read the word of GOD Almighty, obey the commandments, or pray.
“We know that sin is trying to tempt individuals and try to cause individuals to see the cares of the world, the temptations of the world, or the hate of the world that is trying to cause individuals to doubt their faith and belief in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth.”
The Commandments Protect From Sexual Immorality, Idolatry, or Coveting
We have to know the difference. We do not partake in sins like sexual immorality, adultery, or coveting. We have to make sure that we fight off that type of sin because it is trying to cause individuals to be a part of greater sin. We are also supposed to protect ourselves by reading the commandments, obeying the commandments, and understanding the commandments. If there is the worship of GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth, then there is the need to be grateful. There is no need to covet or partake in sin. There are strategies to prevent sin or diminish sin so that it does not become a lifestyle. Sin is trying to cause deception and cause individuals to doubt the confidence in GOD Almighty. We read:
“Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace.”- Ephesians 6: 14-16
This
speaks to the need to have truth. We know that the word of GOD
Almighty is truth. There is the need to preach the word of GOD
Almighty so that there is the manner that we are protected so that we
can preach the truth. This is to preach the message of repentance of sin and this speaks about encouragement of a future for good when we decide to repent of sin, fight sin, obey the commandments, and accept King Jesus Christ as LORD and Savior. We are supposed to have the
manner that we are protecting ourselves with righteousness.
Righteousness protects from iniquity, sin, and wickedness. We know
that righteousness is the opposite of wickedness, and sin wants to
lead to wickedness. Instead we are supposed to be righteous and fight
against the things of sin. This speaks to the need to pay attention
to the things of GOD Almighty to obey the commandments. This is
because GOD Almighty allows us to mature in our Christianity. We have
to know the difference that speaks of righteousness that is being
developed.
“Righteousness protects from iniquity, sin, and wickedness.”
Keeping in the Path of the Righteous
This is so that we do not partake with sin. We have to have readiness to preach the word of GOD Almighty so that other individuals can know the truth and repent of sin. If there are Christians, making sure that we maintain ourselves in the path of righteousness. We know that in today's time that are described as the times either prior to the great tribulation that describe testing to know who is going to glorify, praise, and worship GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth and who is not. We have to know the difference so that we are able to choose the word of GOD Almighty and know. This speaks of the need to have righteousness and the preaching of the word of GOD Almighty. This speaks about the need to have truth to protect us from the deception of the world. This is so that deceit does not affect us and so we do not partake in sin. We know that this is so Christian individuals can read the word of GOD Almighty, obey the commandments, and keep faith and belief in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. Why is this important? This is because of the times that we are living in.
“If there are Christians, making sure that we maintain ourselves in the path of righteousness. We know that in today's time that are described as the times either prior to the great tribulation that describe testing to know who is going to glorify, praise, and worship GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth and who is not.”
Sin is trying to be normalized, and Christian individuals have to know the difference of what we are supposed to be a part of and what we are not supposed to be a part of. We know that the times of testing are described as there being difficulties, false philosophies, and false prophets that speak about the need to sin. This speaks about there being philosophies of sin or that the philosophies of sin are trying to be preached along with Christianity. We have to know the difference. This is to protect ourselves from the false philosophies of sin. This is because GOD Almighty is protecting us.
“In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of GOD, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication.”- Ephesians 6: 16-18
Fighting Temptation and Reminding Ourselves of Eternal Salvation in King Jesus Christ as LORD and Savior
This is speaking to the need to have the manner that there is a shield that protects us. There is faith and the obeying of the commandments. We are protected from lies, deception, and the things that are trying to cause difficulties. This is so that the attacks, lies, or sin that is trying to be used against individuals do not affect individuals because of the faith. We know that evil is trying to cause individuals to doubt their faith and belief in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. This is because sin is trying to tempt and cause individuals to care about the things of the world. We know that sin wants to cause individuals to not have faith and belief. We know that sin wants to cause people to doubt their faith and belief with the cares of the world to cause increase sin. Instead we are supposed to fight off sin, decrease sin, and increase faith and belief. We are supposed to have a helmet of salvation. This is because we know that there is eternal salvation when we have faith and belief in King Jesus Christ as LORD and Savior, obey the commandments, fight sin, and repent of sin.
“We know that sin wants to cause people to doubt their faith and belief with the cares of the world to cause increase sin. Instead we are supposed to fight off sin, decrease sin, and increase faith and belief.”
This is speaking about the need to protect our minds. We can understand that GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth have conquered. GOD Almighty created the universe and allows us to know that there is eternal salvation when we choose to accept King Jesus Christ as LORD and Savior, obey the commandments, fight sin, and repent of sin. GOD Almighty also tells us of the need to pray to GOD Almighty and King Jesus Christ to have the Spirit of Truth to have discernment to know the difference between the things that are of GOD Almighty from the things that are not of GOD Almighty. This means that we have to protect our mind to not listen to the lies. We are not supposed to allow philosophies of sin or sin to cause us to doubt that there is eternal life in the faith and belief in King Jesus Christ as LORD and Savior, obeying the commandments, fighting sin, and repenting of sin. We learn that we can defend ourselves with the sword of the Spirit that is the word of GOD Almighty. Going to the word of GOD Almighty is what protects us also. We know that the word of GOD Almighty can protect us from the attacks, the lies, and the deceit.
“GOD Almighty also tells us of the need to pray to GOD Almighty and King Jesus Christ to have the Spirit of Truth to have discernment to know the difference between the things that are of GOD Almighty from the things that are not of GOD Almighty.”
Protecting Ourselves From Deceit by Reminding Ourselves of the Promises of GOD Almighty to Righteous Individuals Who Repent of Sin and Fight Sin
There is also the need to pray to GOD Almighty to know the things that are needed. Also being grateful to GOD Almighty to know what is needed in this time in order to have discernment. This is so that we know what is of GOD Almighty and what is from sin. We have to have strategies to protect ourselves from the lies and deceit. There is deception, hate, and envy of the world that are trying to cause individuals difficulties. We know that based on the word of GOD Almighty there is the manner that there is reassurance and confidence and encouragement that there is a future for good and not for evil. We know that sin is trying to cause individuals to doubt that. We know the promises that GOD Almighty gives to righteous individuals. Even before Abraham, we know Noah is given promises by GOD Almighty that Noah was going to be a remnant from the flood. We read that Noah is a remnant. We read about Abraham and the offspring of Abraham are able to persist. This speaks about righteousness protecting us from sin. The promises of GOD Almighty speak about a future for good.
“Also being grateful to GOD Almighty to know what is needed in this time in order to have discernment. This is so that we know what is of GOD Almighty and what is from sin.”
We read about in the times of Jeremiah of the difficulties that sin tries to cause and that in the time that the people are brought back to the land, they are able to increase in number because of the promises that GOD Almighty gives and because of righteousness. We know that even in future time there is no longer going to be sin, the consequences of sin, sickness, evil, death, the workers of evil, strife, envy, jealousy, and division. None of that is going to exist. We have to make sure that we have faith and belief in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. We have to protect ourselves from the philosophies and sources that want to cause individuals to sin. That is the difference that is why we have to change perspective. We know that the world is going to try to say that the world can help individuals while causing individuals to doubt GOD Almighty. We know that even when there is the cares of the world, the temptations of the world, and hate of the world that is trying to cause doubt in GOD Almighty, we know that GOD Almighty is able to deliver us from sin, protect, and guide.
“We know that even in future time there is no longer going to be sin, the consequences of sin, sickness, evil, death, the workers of evil, strife, envy, jealousy, and division. We know that even when there is the cares of the world, the temptations of the world, and hate of the world that is trying to cause doubt in GOD Almighty, we know that GOD Almighty is able to deliver us from sin, protect, and guide. ”
Discernment Protects Us From the Deceit of False Philosophies of Sin
This is
so that we pay attention to the things of GOD Almighty so that we are
not a part of the lies of sin. This is so that we are not a part of
the things that want to cause individuals to be far from GOD
Almighty. We know that sin is trying to cause that. We know that
there is the need to have truth, righteousness, readiness to preach
the word of GOD Almighty, faith, and there is eternal salvation when
we choose to maintain faith and belief in King Jesus Christ, repent
of sin, and fight sin. We know that the world does not want
individuals to know that so that individuals doubt GOD Almighty, King
Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. We know that we have to have
discernment so that we are not partaking in the deception of sin. If
there are individuals that say that individuals can covet and
practice Christianity, we are not supposed to be a part of that. If
there is something that says that individuals can have anger and
practice Christianity, we are not supposed to be a part of that. If
there are other philosophies that say that there is idolatry and the
practice of Christianity, we are not supposed to be a part of that.
We learn that is deception trying to be used to cause individuals to
sin. This is to cause individuals to not be a part of the things of
GOD Almighty. This speaks to the need to know the difference and not
be a part of the things that want to cause us difficulties.
“If there are other philosophies that say that there is idolatry and the practice of Christianity, we are not supposed to be a part of that.”
This is so that deception does not cause individuals to doubt GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. This speaks about the need to pay attention to the word of GOD Almighty, obeying the commandments, and having faith and belief in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. This is so that there is the difference between the things that are of GOD Almighty from the things that are not of GOD Almighty. This is so that we know the difference between what is true from the deception. There are false philosophies that are going to say that there is a need to practice sexual immorality, idolatry, or coveting. That is not what GOD Almighty tells us in the word of GOD Almighty. We are supposed to choose the things of GOD Almighty and not be a part of the sin that wants to cause difficulty. This speaks about knowing what we are not supposed to be a part of from what we are supposed to read and pay attention to. We have to make sure that we are improving in our Christianity by having the qualities that speak about being righteous. We know that there is good and also evil. We have to protect ourselves from the deception that exist. That is what GOD Almighty is allowing us to know. This is so that we know what we are not supposed to be a part of so that we know and so that we can keep having faith and belief in GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. This is so that we know what we are not supposed to be a part of.
“There are false philosophies that are going to say that there is a need to practice sexual immorality, idolatry, or coveting. That is not what GOD Almighty tells us in the word of GOD Almighty. We are supposed to choose the things of GOD Almighty and not be a part of the sin that wants to cause difficulty.”

We are reminded in the Book of Revelation of the need to persist through faith in the end times of what we know. We are to have belief in the Scriptures. We are to have faith in King Jesus Christ who died on the cross and resurrected on the third day to give us eternal life and who provides the Spirit of Truth. We are able to glorify GOD Almighty above everything in this world. We are reminded in Revelation to not be a part of idolatry and not to take the technological modification.
