Episode: Revelation Chapter 19
Introduction
Good afternoon! My name is Eduardo. This is Resurrection Radio Podcast. I am your presenter. This is Chapter 19. Chapter 18 described the destruction of the wicked city due to the wickedness of the city. We learn it had shed the blood of the innocent. While the judgment may not be instantaneous, we do know that GOD Almighty judges the wicked city. We learn that GOD Almighty is able to see everything that happens on earth. We learn in Chapter 18 that we have specific descriptions of the destruction of the wicked city. We learn in Chapter 18 that the individuals in heaven are rejoicing because they are seeing that the wicked city is being destroyed.
GOD Almighty is Righteous
This tells us that GOD Almighty judges not only wicked cities and also wicked nations. We see that Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel are able to judge nations and cities aside from individuals in order for them to repent from sin. We are able to read that there are individuals that are rejoicing in heaven.
“After this I heard what seemed to be the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, crying out, 'Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our GOD, for his judgments are true and just; for he has judged the great prostitute who corrupted the earth with her immorality, and has avenged on her the blood of his servants.' Once more they cried out, 'Hallelujah! The smoke from her goes up forever and ever.' And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped GOD who was seated on the throne, saying, 'Amen. Hallelujah!' And from the throne came a voice saying, 'Praise our GOD, all you his servants, you who fear him, small and great.'”- Revelation 19: 1-5
We know that there is a great amount of people in heaven. The people are praising GOD Almighty. We learn about the justice that GOD Almighty is providing for the righteous individuals. We know that the shedding of innocent blood is something that GOD Almighty hates. We know that GOD Almighty judges when GOD Almighty decides. We know through Abel and Cain about the immediate judgment that exists against the wicked. Cain destroys Abel because he acts out of hate and envy. Because of this, Cain decides to destroy Abel. GOD Almighty is able to see the intention of the heart and the mind. We learn that his actions are based on his intentions. We learn that this happens because Abel is righteous, and Cain has hate and envy against Abel for giving GOD Almighty the best of his work.
We learn that Cain is judged instantaneously. We learn that Cain is judged because Abel was righteous, and Cain was wicked. We learn that GOD Almighty asks Cain his point of view to see what he was doing. GOD Almighty wants to know our perspective like He asks to individuals. We learn that Cain is judged. We learn that the blood of Abel cries out from the land to GOD Almighty. We learn that GOD Almighty judges Cain in that he would not be able to produce from the land, Cain would be roaming from place to place, and we know that this was not having favor because of practicing evil. We learn that this is instantaneous judgment.
We learn that in the wicked city the judgment takes time, but GOD Almighty decides. We learn that this is when GOD Almighty decides because GOD Almighty is also graceful. We know that we are supposed to trust with faith in GOD Almighty. We are not supposed to know every single detail. GOD Almighty knows every single detail. GOD Almighty is not only an Almighty GOD but also a Righteous GOD Almighty who knows how everything works together in specific detail from the beginning of creation from Genesis to Revelation. We are to understand that we are supposed to persevere praying knowing that GOD Almighty pays attention to our prayers and gives judgment after specific time that GOD Almighty decides. We know that prior to judgment, GOD Almighty gives grace. Like those two prophets that are sent at the end of the ages to preach repentance of sin in the city of Jerusalem in Israel. We learn that GOD Almighty sends the two prophets to preach for 1,260 days in order for people to have the opportunity to have repentance of sin. Those are 1,260 opportunities for people to repent of sin. That is GOD Almighty's grace even when it is the worst of times.
Everyone in Heaven Praises GOD Almighty
We
know that GOD Almighty is in absolute sovereignty so we have to have faith in GOD
Almighty. That is why we are called to be people of faith. We do not
know all the details, but we do know that GOD Almighty, King Jesus
Christ, and the Spirit of Truth know all the details. We know that
the people of the great multitude in heaven they praise GOD Almighty.
They say that salvation, glory, and power belong to our GOD Almighty.
Praise GOD Almighty! That is the reason why we were created. We were
created to praise GOD Almighty. That was the reason why we were
created to praise GOD Almighty and glorify GOD Almighty. This is to
give GOD Almighty the glory. We learn that GOD Almighty is just and
gives judgment. Not only from the judgments that occur, but from what
GOD Almighty decides through the bowls of the plagues of wrath. We
learn that those in heaven are seeing that this is justice.
GOD
Almighty sees the suffering and the affliction of those that are
righteous. GOD Almighty decides the times and also when He judges. We
learn that sometimes it is instantaneous like in the time of Cain and
sometimes it takes time like in Revelation. What we do know is that
GOD Almighty judges. The individuals in heaven are witnessing to the
righteousness of GOD Almighty. Those in heaven see the wickedness
that happens on earth, and that GOD Almighty is able to provide
righteousness through judgment. We know that GOD Almighty is true and
just. GOD Almighty is the GOD of Justice and the GOD of Truth. We
learn that the angels are worshiping, praising, and glorifying GOD
Almighty in heaven. We know that the multitude in heaven may be
angels, saints, and righteous individuals.
We read that GOD Almighty judges the wicked city that led to wickedness. We learn that GOD Almighty avenges the blood of his servants. We know that the lives of the righteous are important to GOD Almighty. We learn that the righteous are like GOD Almighty through righteousness. We know humanity is made in the image of GOD Almighty. Those that are righteous like GOD Almighty are loved by GOD Almighty. We learn that the righteous are praising GOD Almighty. The smoke goes up forever and ever for the wicked city similar to the wicked individuals who will be tormented in a similar manner for those who receive the technological modification. We learn that smoke also rises up and they are tormented. For evil this is the same thing, they are tormented day and night. For the evil there is eternal condemnation. We learn that the city is called wicked.
GOD Almighty does not judge the righteous. GOD Almighty judges the wicked. This is because of the persecution, tribulation, and afflictions that the wicked do against the righteous. We know that this is a common theme throughout the Scriptures. The righteous are protected and given eternal life. Even if they are persecuted, they are given eternal life. GOD Almighty judges the wicked and the smoke of their judgment goes up forever and ever and this is similar to the wicked city that is being described. There is that same constant reminder.
We learn that the twenty four elders also worship GOD Almighty. The four living creatures they also fall down and worship GOD Almighty. We learn that in heaven, everyone is worshiping GOD Almighty. That is what the righteous want to do, worship, praise, and glorify GOD Almighty. We know that the closer that we get to GOD Almighty, the closer GOD Almighty gets to the righteous. We learn that the righteous angels of heaven are described having light, being mighty, and being able to accomplish great judgments against the wicked. That only happens because GOD Almighty provides for that and cares for His servants. Whether they are prophets, disciples, apostles, or angels, they are all serving GOD Almighty for the purpose of GOD Almighty. We learn that the angels are described as light. We learn that the angels are described as light because they are constantly worshiping GOD Almighty day and night. We learn that Moses is described in a similar manner when he goes up to Mount Sinai to receive the Ten Commandments and stays for a prolonged period of time.
We learn that Moses' face begins to shine. This is talking about the prolonged period of time that Moses was with GOD Almighty. When we are close to GOD Almighty, we begin to have similar qualities. We begin to shine. We begin to be truthful. We begin to have strength, might, power, authority, dominion, sovereignty, wisdom, and understanding. The Scriptures are that closeness to GOD Almighty. If the Scriptures do not perish, and we hold to the Scriptures, we grow closer to GOD Almighty. GOD Almighty is able to see how individuals care for the Word of GOD Almighty, and GOD Almighty can provide for those individuals. If someone were to forsake GOD Almighty, GOD Almighty would forsake that individual.
Creation Was Created For the Glorification of GOD Almighty
We are reminded that those that are in heaven are close to GOD Almighty and praising GOD Almighty. That is why they are described as being of light. The worship, praise, and glorification of GOD Almighty strengthens us. If we increase our praise and glorification of GOD Almighty, the stronger, wiser, mightier, bolder, more powerful we are able to be, and we also increase in authority, dominion, and sovereignty. The greater our spirit and faith grows. If individuals forsake GOD Almighty, then that would be the opposite. We are to abound when we obey the Word in Scripture of GOD Almighty. This is only through GOD Almighty who allows us to persevere through our zealous faith in King Jesus and the help of the Spirit of Truth. We learn that there are individuals in heaven glorifying GOD Almighty.
We learn that prophets, disciples, apostles, and believers are all equal believing in GOD Almighty. That is where we see true equity and true equality. We see ourselves being servants of GOD Almighty. GOD Almighty sees us as His children. We learn that the twenty four elders and the four living creatures worship GOD Almighty and everyone in heaven worships GOD Almighty. We know that the righteous angels know that the worship goes to GOD Almighty, and they do not want to be worshiped. The good angels redirect the worship to GOD Almighty. Only GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth deserve the worship, glory, and praise.
We learn in Revelation that John, the disciple, begins to worship an angel and the angel says no. The angel directs the worship to GOD Almighty. We learn that GOD Almighty gives the righteous angels might, splendor, and glory because they are servants of GOD Almighty. When we decide to serve the purpose of GOD Almighty, that is when GOD Almighty exalts us. Those angels in heaven that are good are allowed to judge and do great things to fulfill the purpose of GOD Almighty. They are obedient to GOD Almighty like King Jesus Christ is good. We learn that there is a distinction between the righteous and the wicked. Even with their might, strength, and wisdom, they still redirect individuals to the worship GOD Almighty. Only GOD Almighty deserves the worship, glory, and praise.
We know that in Revelation there are great number of angels that are fulfilling the purpose of GOD Almighty. We are not given names. The reason for this is so that we do not worship angels. GOD Almighty is to receive the worship, praise, and glory. We are not supposed to worship angels. We are supposed to worship GOD Almighty. We know angels exist and are able to provide assistance and help to accomplish the purpose of GOD Almighty. We know that GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth deserve the worship.
“Then I heard what seemed to be the voice of a great multitude, like the roar of many waters and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, crying out, 'Hallelujah! For the LORD our GOD the Almighty reigns. Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready; it was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure'- for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints. And the angel said to me, 'Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.' And he said to me, 'These are the true words of GOD.' Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said to me, 'You must not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship GOD.' For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”- Revelation 19: 6-10
King Jesus Christ Returns From the Clouds
We know that we cannot glorify GOD Almighty unless we have the Spirit of Truth. We have to glorify GOD Almighty. The Spirit of Truth guides us. Only GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth deserve the worship, praise, and glory. GOD Almighty has all the power, strength, might, authority, dominion, understanding, wisdom, and sovereignty. Only GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth together being the True GOD Almighty. We know that individuals in heaven are rejoicing over everything that has happened.
“Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war. His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems, and he has a name written that no one knows but himself. He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of GOD. And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses. From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of GOD the Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords.”- Revelation 19: 11-16
We see that heaven is opened and there is a white horse. We learn that the individual sitting on the horse is King Jesus Christ. King Jesus Christ is described being Faithful and True. We know that King Jesus Christ is faithful because He is able to fulfill His word. We also know that the Word of King Jesus Christ is true. King Jesus Christ became the Word of GOD Almighty made human. King Jesus Christ is the Word incarnate. We learn that King Jesus Christ did not perish. King Jesus Christ died and was resurrected on the third day and is seated at the Right Hand Side of GOD Almighty. We know that GOD Almighty is described being Righteous. GOD Almighty is Omnipotent and also Righteous. We learn that King Jesus Christ judges and makes war. King Jesus Christ is given authority to judge.
We read that the eyes of King Jesus Christ are like a flame of fire, and we know that King Jesus Christ is also described being unapproachable light. GOD Almighty is described being an all consuming fire. We know that on the head of King Jesus Christ are many diadems meaning authority, dominion, and being able to rule, power, sovereignty, strength, and might. We know that there is a name that no one knows except King Jesus Christ. King Jesus Christ has a robe dipped in blood and the name by which He is called is the Word of GOD. The robe of King Jesus Christ is dipped in blood meaning the blood that is His that was spilled in the crucifixion and now is resurrected and gives eternal life. The blood of King Jesus Christ that atones for all humanity's sins for all time. This could also mean that King Jesus Christ has already tread or is going to tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of GOD Almighty. In Isaiah, we read that the robe of King Jesus Christ is red meaning that He has accomplished that. King Jesus Christ is called the Word of GOD. King Jesus Christ became the Word incarnate.
The armies of heaven are also described as having white linen, fine, and pure. We learn that the army of heaven is following King Jesus Christ on white horses. We know that from the mouth of King Jesus Christ, He is able to provide a sharp sword. We know that King Jesus Christ is going to strike the nations with that sword. We also know that King Jesus Christ is going to rule with a rod of iron. That means with discipline. We learn that King Jesus Christ is going to tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of GOD Almighty. We learn that King Jesus Christ is going to destroy His adversaries after the bowls of the plagues of wrath and the judging of the wicked city.
We learn that on the robe of King Jesus Christ, there is a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords. We learn that King Jesus Christ has the name above all names. This tells us that King Jesus Christ is King of kings. We learn that this is because King Jesus Christ obeyed GOD Almighty. We also know that King Jesus Christ is called the Lord of all lords. We learn that David is considered a great king in the tribe of Judah and a lord. We learn that David completes the prophecy of Jacob for the tribe of Judah. We learn that there is going to be an everlasting king through the tribe of Judah. We also learn that there are going to be kings in that lineage.
We also learn that David calls King Jesus Christ Lord. While we know that David is a great king, King Jesus Christ is the everlasting great king. King Jesus Christ is King of kings and LORD of lords. David was a lord and a king. King Jesus Christ is an Everlasting King. That is why King Jesus Christ is King of kings and LORD of lords.
King Jesus Christ Defeats His Adversaries
“Then I saw an angel standing in the sun, and with a loud voice he called to all the birds that fly directly overhead, 'Come, gather for the great supper of GOD, to eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all men, both free and slave, both small and great.' And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth with their armies gathered to make war against him who was sitting on the horse and against his army. And the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who in its presence had done the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped its image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur. And the rest were slain by the sword that came from the mouth of him who was sitting on the horse, and all the birds were gorged with their flesh.”- Revelation 19: 17-21
There is an angel who calls the birds of the sky saying that they are going to eat from those that are defeated by King Jesus Christ. That is what GOD Almighty decides. We learn that those that go against GOD Almighty are going to be destroyed. This is similar to Ahab and Jezebel that are destroyed because they practiced sin and idolatry. We learn that a similar thing happens for the wicked. We learn that man of sin and the kings assemble to make war against King Jesus Christ and His army. We know that those that are evil are trying to war against King Jesus Christ. We learn that the man of sin and the false prophet are captured and thrown into the lake of fire that burns with fire and sulfur. We learn that these are the leaders of the wicked. We learn that the wicked individuals are judged first, then the wicked city, and then the leaders of the wicked.
We learn that those that remain after the leaders are captured, are slain by the sword that comes from the mouth of King Jesus Christ. We learn that the birds of the air are gorged with the flesh of the wicked army. We learn that there is destruction against the wicked. That is the consequence of sin. We learn that GOD Almighty has already decided how He is going to issue judgment. We know that at this point, most of the wickedness has been judged by King Jesus Christ. King Jesus Christ has been given authority to judge against evil. We know that the wicked are judged and now only evil and death are to be judged.
The Purpose of History
We learn that GOD Almighty is in absolute sovereignty, and King Jesus Christ has absolute authority. We know that GOD Almighty decides to judge the wicked when GOD Almighty decides. We learn that GOD Almighty allowed for the leaders of the wicked to lead astray those who did not want to believe and have faith and understand the Scriptures and love GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. We learn that this is to cause a separation between the righteous and the wicked. This is so that GOD Almighty can save the righteous and destroy the wicked. We know that is the purpose of the great tribulation.
We have to remind ourselves being Christians when we are going through difficulties, that GOD Almighty wins. King Jesus Christ wins. We do not have to fear. The Spirit of Truth is going to guide us. If you are a true Christian, you are going to be guided by the Spirit of Truth. We have to remove sin from our life. When sin decreases, faith increases. Sin is trying to wage war against our soul and impede Christians from obeying the Scriptures, praying, fasting, being guided through the Spirit of Truth, honoring GOD Almighty, accepting King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior, and having a meek and humble character. We have to fight against sin. Diminish sin and increase our faith in GOD Almighty.
We know that this is the purpose of history. There is a purpose for good. There is a purpose for evil. We learn that history was created for the purpose of the glorification of GOD Almighty and for King Jesus Christ to be the Savior of Israel and the world. This is so that King Jesus Christ can be exalted because King Jesus Christ decided to humble himself. We learn that this is reality. This is eternal truth. We learn that the Book of Revelation tells us that GOD Almighty has control over the events of the world, King Jesus Christ is victorious, and that there is judgment against the wicked.

The purpose of this blog is the glorification of GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. We are reminded in the Book of Revelation of the need to persist through faith in the end times of what we know. We are to have belief in the Scriptures. We are to have faith in King Jesus Christ who died on the cross and resurrected on the third day to give us eternal life and who provides the Spirit of Truth. We are able to glorify GOD Almighty above everything in this world. We are reminded in Revelation to not be a part of idolatry and not to take the technological modification.
