Episode: Revelation Chapter 21
Introduction
Good afternoon! My name is Eduardo. This is Resurrection Radio Podcast. I am your presenter. We spoke about Chapter 20 in Revelation about the reality of GOD Almighty. We as believers do not have to fear the events of Revelation because the most important thing is eternal salvation. We are reminded to place our importance on the things that are eternal like our eternal life. King Jesus Christ told us we should not care about the cares of this life. This life is temporary. This means that the things of the world are temporary, and King Jesus Christ was telling us to place our importance on the things that are eternal like the Kingdom of Heaven. We learn that the old earth and old heavens will perish while the Word of GOD Almighty, Renovated New Earth, and New Heavens will exist for all eternity. We know that we must be confident in the promises of GOD Almighty.
GOD Almighty's Promises to Abraham and Israel
We know that Abraham was able to keep faith in the promises of GOD Almighty, and He was given additional abundance. We learn that Isaac had faith in the favor that GOD Almighty was providing for Abraham and receives the blessings, favor, and abundance. We learn that Jacob also trusts in GOD Almighty and has faith in GOD Almighty and receives the blessings, favor, and abundance from GOD Almighty. We learn that Joseph also had faith in GOD Almighty and receives favor. We learn that the lineage is blessed, favored, and given abundance from GOD Almighty. We learn that when there are individuals that are not righteous, GOD Almighty gives the favor to those that are righteous. We remember that Esau does not receive the favor, but we do know that Jacob receives the favor of GOD Almighty.
King Jesus Christ Returns to Destroy Evil, Sin, and Death
We learn that GOD Almighty also chooses to favor the individuals that He decides. We learn that Ephraim receives the blessings instead of Manasseh who was the older. We learn that Judah later receives the blessings, favor, and abundance because GOD Almighty decides. We learn that initially it is through the firstborn and then GOD Almighty changes that to the individuals who are righteous. We know that GOD Almighty decides this not only for individuals but also for nations. We learn that GOD Almighty raises up nations and is also able to cause exiles and return them back to their own land. We have seen that through the history of Israel. We learn that GOD Almighty knows what is happening.
The previous chapter is the resolution to the acknowledgment that King Jesus Christ returns and defeats His enemies. We learn that the wicked individuals are destroyed and judged. We learn that the spiritual component is also judged by GOD Almighty. We know that sin is destroyed because death, evil, and the workers of evil are destroyed. We learn in later chapters that there is no longer sin and no longer death. We learn that if there is no longer death, then there is no longer sin. We learn that sin attempts to lead individuals far from GOD Almighty and to cause destruction. We learn that if individuals repent from sin, they can persevere and prosper. We learn that if sin becomes a lifestyle of sin, then that is when there are difficulties.
We learn from the judgments of GOD Almighty against the wicked. We learn that King Jesus Christ judges those that are wicked like Ahab and Jezebel who wanted to destroy innocent individuals. We learn that Ahab and Jezebel go through similar events to those that are wicked in Revelation. Those are the types of sins that GOD Almighty abhors the shedding of innocent blood, sexual immorality, and idolatry. Those sins that cause the Chaldean exile and Roman scattering. These are the types of sins that GOD Almighty mentions different times in Revelation to know that those who practice these sins are described as wicked. This is speaking to the absence of obeying GOD Almighty, honoring GOD Almighty, and obeying the commandments. This speaks about the sovereignty of GOD Almighty.
Priest Kings of King Jesus Christ
In the previous chapter, we learn that evil is used to ensnare. We learn that evil is placed in the bottomless pit for a thousand years. We also learn that those that are righteous will reign with King Jesus Christ for a thousand years. We learn that even if there is a persecution of the righteous, we learn that they are able to resurrect and be brought back to life. They are able to reign with King Jesus Christ for a thousand years. This is for the individuals who do not choose to worship the man of sin, the image, and do not take the technological modification. Those who were faithful to King Jesus Christ are able to resurrect. Those individuals are able to resurrect and reign with King Jesus Christ for a thousand years. There is that confidence in the Word of GOD Almighty. We learn that there is a better world after all the evil, sin, and death is destroyed by King Jesus Christ.
We learn that King Jesus Christ has already conquered on the cross and resurrection. That is our confidence being righteous Christians. We know that based on the events of Revelation, evil, sin, and death are destroyed for all eternity. We learn that only the righteous are able to resurrect in the first resurrection. We know that those that are not righteous are not going to be resurrected with the righteous Christians. I do not know what happens for those thousand years for the wicked. I do not care. I care about what happens to the righteous Christians. That is the important point knowing that righteous Christians are going to be resurrected. Christians will reign with King Jesus Christ for a thousand years. If they were persecuted, went through tribulation, and difficulties and did not deny King Jesus Christ, of course, King Jesus Christ is not going to deny them. This means that the righteous are going to be kings with King Jesus Christ.
King Jesus Christ is the King of kings, but those individuals are also going to be kings with King Jesus Christ. We remind ourselves of the descriptions of the righteous. We learn that the righteous are seen as light, the righteous are seen as cornerstones, the righteous are seen as life since they take on the characteristics, attributes, and qualities of King Jesus Christ. We learn that their life becomes eternal. We know that King Jesus Christ is given eternal life in the resurrection and now King Jesus Christ can give eternal life to those that believe in King Jesus Christ. We learn that whether it is through the rapture of the Church of Philadelphia, persecution, or the 144,000 who go through the great tribulation until King Jesus Christ returns, we know that there is eternal life if we persevere believing in King Jesus Christ. We learn that the righteous will have eternal life. Since they are righteous, there is no condemnation.
“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from GOD, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, 'Behold, the dwelling place of GOD is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and GOD himself will be with them as their GOD. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.'”- Revelation 21: 1-4
“And he who was seated on the throne said, 'Behold, I am making all things new.' Also he said, 'Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.' And he said to me, 'It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give from the spring of the water of life without payment. The one who conquers will have this heritage, and I will be his GOD and he will be my son. But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”- Revelation 21: 5-8
“Then came one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues and spoke to me, saying, 'Come, I will show you the Bride, the wife of the Lamb.' And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great, high mountain, and showed me the holy city Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from GOD, having the glory of GOD, its radiance like a most rare jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal. It had a great, high wall, with twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and on the gates the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel were inscribed- on the east three gates, on the north three gates, on the south three gates, and on the west three gates. And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.”- Revelation 21: 9-14
“And the one who spoke with me had a measuring rod of gold to measure the city and its gates and walls. The city lies foursquare, its length the same as its width. And he measured the city with his rod, 12,000 stadia. Its length and width and height are equal. He also measured its wall, 144 cubits by human measurement, which is also an angel's measurement. The wall was built of jasper, while the city was pure gold, like clear glass. The foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with every kind of jewel. The first was jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate, the fourth emerald, the fifth onyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eight beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, the twelfth amethyst. And the twelve gates were twelve pearls, each of the gates made of a single pearl, and the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.”- Revelation 21: 15-21
“And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the LORD GOD the Almighty and the Lamb. And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of GOD gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb. By its light will the nations walk, and the kings of the earth will bring their glory into it, and its gates will never be shut by day-and there will be no night there. They will bring into it the glory and the honor of the nations. But nothing unclean will ever enter it, nor anyone who does what is detestable or false, but only those who are written in the Lamb's book of life.”- Revelation 21: 22-27

The purpose of this blog is the glorification of GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth. We are reminded in the Book of Revelation of the need to persist through faith in the end times of what we know. We are to have belief in the Scriptures. We are to have faith in King Jesus Christ who died on the cross and resurrected on the third day to give us eternal life and who provides the Spirit of Truth. We are able to glorify GOD Almighty above everything in this world. We are reminded in Revelation to not be a part of idolatry and not to take the technological modification.
