Persevering With Zeal Amidst Discouragements, Temptations, or Persecution

We know that if there is something that is trying to cause discouragements, it is most likely that the intention of the discouragement is to cause a decrease of belief and faith so that there is the practice of sin. GOD Almighty allows us to know that we do not have to practice sin. We can guard our heart and mind from the practice of sin. This is by not letting the attempts to discourage affect us. Not letting the discouragements distract us. Not letting the discouragements cause negative emotions. GOD Almighty allows us to know this so that we can guard ourselves. The Spirit of Truth helps us persevere. We know that sin wants individuals to have resentments, but it starts with the attempts to discourage first. This is what happens to Cain when he is discouraged and begins to have envy and resentments. We have to know the difference so that we are not a part of that. We learn that David did not have discouragements nor resentments. Instead there is the need to encourage ourselves by going to Scripture. We learn that David wrote the Psalms even amidst the persecution that he was going through because of the envy of Saul.
We are guarded from the discouragements by practicing righteousness, zeal, and studying encouraging Scripture verses. We have to remind ourselves of the promises of GOD Almighty of having eternal salvation. We have to remind ourselves of the promises of GOD Almighty to Abraham and Sarah and the eternal descendants of Abraham and Sarah. The promises that were fulfilled in the times of Moses and Joshua. GOD Almighty tells Jeremiah to tell the people that there is the need to be encouraged. We are able to see the manner that GOD Almighty helps the righteous in the times of Ezekiel and Daniel. We read that the righteous are able to persevere. We learn that GOD Almighty cares about the righteous. There is the understanding that obeying the commandments and studying the Scriptures helps us persevere with righteousness. We have to guard our heart and mind with righteousness from the discouragements, doubts, and disbelief that evil attempts to cause. This is so that we do not practice sin and idolatry based on discouragements and negative emotions. This is able to guard our heart and mind from the things that are trying to cause discouragements. We are able to know the intention of individuals, information, and philosophies to know if the intention is to lead to the practice of sin based on discouragements and development of resentments from the past.
“Transgression speaks to the wicked deep in his heart; there is no fear of GOD before his eyes. For he flatters himself in his own eyes that his iniquity cannot be found out and hated. The words of his mouth are trouble and deceit; he has ceased to act wisely and practice good.”- Psalm 36: 1-3
Removing Negative Information Prevents Negative Emotions
If the intention of negative individuals, false and negative information, and false philosophies of hate and lust is to cause negative emotions, arrogance, and self-righteousness then we do not partake, learn from, or be a part of that. This is because the false prophets and the false and negative information has the intention to work for evil. This describes that they are not going to want to repent of sin, and we do not have to be discouraged by listening to or learning from the temporary lies, deceit, and falsehoods of idolatry. This is going to help us be far apart from the practice of sin, idolatry, fornication, adultery, homosexuality, temporary lies, negative emotions describing hate, anger, envy, and coveting, and vices. We are going to be able to be far apart from practicing sin because we know that there is nothing good from the practice of sin. There are difficulties, vices, stagnation, and destruction for the unrepentant wicked.

This is because the intention of the discouragements, temptations, and persecution is not to go to Scripture, not obey the commandments, not worship GOD Almighty, not have positive emotions, not have gratitude to GOD Almighty, and not go to prayer. The intention is to lead to the practice of sin and vices. We are able to guard our heart and mind with encouraging Scripture verses that prevent us from believing the discouragements and temporary lies of sin. We have to have encouragement and positive emotions. Going to Scripture each day is able to help us grow in virtues because we learn about the importance of being encouraged when we practice righteousness and zeal. We are able to know the things that guard us from practicing iniquity, hate, and coveting for no reason. This is so that we do not practice sin.
“Behold, GOD is my helper; the LORD is the upholder of my life.”- Psalm 54: 4
We are able to leave the resentments in the past so that there are no discouragements. We are also able to ignore and not give importance to the discouragements of evil because we know that they are not based on truth. We learn that we are able to guard our heart and mind with the eternal truth of Scripture that tells us that we are loved by GOD Almighty that we do not have to compare ourselves to anyone. This allows us to remove any false “comparisons” from our mind especially in these times when there are attempts to cause discouragements based on false “comparisons” that are based on lies and hate. Sin wants individuals to have bitterness, resentments, hate, and coveting based on temporary lies so that individuals practice sin. We are not supposed to believe that and instead encourage ourselves everyday with motivation from Scripture that tells us that we are loved and set apart from the practice of sin and vices similar to Abraham and Sarah, Abraham and Sarah’s eternal descendants, Moses, and David. This is able to guard the heart and mind from the discouragements that evil wants to cause so that there are resentments, envy, hate, and anger for no reason. This speaks about practicing gratitude and having positive emotions instead of negative emotions and coveting. This understanding and wisdom prevents us from practicing idolatry.

We are able to persevere with wisdom and humility knowing that we can choose the worship of GOD Almighty above everything and prioritize our fidelity to GOD Almighty persevering in the path of eternal salvation. We learn that this is going to help us increase in virtues that are going to prevent us from wanting to practice sin, idolatry, temporary lies, negative emotions, sexual immorality describing fornication, adultery, and homosexuality, and vices that do not help at all and only lead to the destruction of the unrepentant wicked. We are able to persevere without having to practice sin, having negative emotions of hate, anger, resentments, and coveting, and not practice idolatry. GOD Almighty is able to encourage us so that we have strength and renewal to persevere with fidelity to GOD Almighty. We know that the fidelity to GOD Almighty is going to help us increase in might and wisdom so that we avoid the path of destruction in the practice of sin and vices. We are able to be encouraged by trusting in GOD Almighty above everything. This is because sin wants individuals to be discouraged, while GOD Almighty does not want us to be discouraged.

We are able to glorify GOD Almighty above everything in this world. We are reminded in Revelation to not be a part of idolatry and not to take the technological modification.
