Persevering Worshiping GOD Almighty With Sincerity of Heart and Developing Virtues

Positive Christianity Series Episode #78

"If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of GOD. Set your mind on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in GOD. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory."- Colossians 3: them

We are able to acknowledge the virtues that are able to help us persevere in the worship of GOD Almighty. We are able to know the things that are actually helping us persevere in these times that we know are the times prior to the great tribulation. We know that these are not the best of times because there is an increase of earthquakes, pestilences, and famines due to the amount of sin that is being practiced. We learn that the virtues allow us to persevere without having to practice sin, idol worship, or vices. We learn that the disciples and apostles speak about the importance of specific virtues that allow us to persevere with gladness of heart and motivation even amidst times of difficulties. We know that even amidst the gangstalking, persecution, or envy, we are able to persevere with true joy knowing that we do not need to have negative emotions, discouragements, or envy.

"Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. On account of these the wrath of GOD is coming. In these you too once walked, when you were living in them. But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth. Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator."- Colossians 3: 5-10

This understanding is able to help us persevere in these times knowing that GOD Almighty cares about us and does not want us to believe the temporary lies of sin that want to cause the practice of sin based on discouragements, hate, and coveting. We learn that Paul speaks about the importance of practicing gratitude, going to prayer, and developing virtues that allow us to persist preaching and obeying the commandments of Moses with sincerity of heart. We learn that similar to Moses, Paul speaks about the importance of prioritizing the worship of GOD Almighty, King Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of Truth above everything. When we worship GOD Almighty above everything, we are able to develop virtues that help us have motivation and improve ourselves even amidst obstacles, circumstances, or persecution. We learn that Paul was persecuted by Pharisees and false prophets and was able to persevere preaching to the nations amidst envy and hate.

Practicing Obedience to the Commandments Helps Us Develop Virtues

"Put on then, as GOD's chosen ones, righteous and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, patience, bearing one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the LORD has forgiven you, so you also must forgive."- Colossians 3: 12-13

This understanding allows us to acknowledge the things that are able to guard our heart and mind from the discouragements of sin that want to lead to the practice of sin and vices. We know that the Spirit of Truth helps us when we decide to worship GOD Almighty above everything obeying the commandments of Moses. This is so that we do not doubt GOD Almighty or the virtues that are being developed. We are then able to have encouragement in the worship of GOD Almighty, studying Scripture, obeying the commandments, having positive emotions, having gratitude, fasting when necessary, preaching, and keep developing virtues that can not be enumerated, quantified, or measured because they can keep increasing on New Earth and New Jerusalem. We know that the Spirit of Truth helps us have understanding of Scripture so that we are able to increase in virtues and wisdom that prevents the practice of resentment, foolishness, hate, envy, coveting, and idol worship. We learn that Scripture speaks about the importance about having a sincere worship of GOD Almighty with repentance of sin that allows the Spirit of Truth to help us persevere with righteousness.

We are able to preach the Gospel and truth from Scripture because of the help of the Spirit of Truth. We learn that we are able to persevere speaking truth and writing truth becaude GOD Almighty helps us. We are able to have discernment to know information that is true from the false and negative information. We know that the Spirit of Truth helps us speak truth and allows us to know information that is trying to help us persevere worshiping GOD Almighty so that we do not disobey the commandments and practice idol worship. We know that we have to know the difference between the types of information that are being written since there is so much information being written in these times. Not all information is trying to help us improve ourselves in the worship of GOD Almighty. Not all information is trying to help individuals improve themselves each day. We know that there is false and negative information that wants individuals to have resentments from decades ago instead of letting go of the negative emotions that do not help at all. This speaks about being able to improve each day and grow out of the deficits that the practice of sin wants to cause describing dificulties, stagnation, and vices that want to lead to the destruction of the unrepentant wicked.
